Amazing service with great food!
I ordered a Dave’s Combo meal with a Large drink, via the kiosk. The kiosk was very easy to use. It was easy customizing my sandwich as I wanted it.
As soon as I approached the counter, my cup was ready for me to use. This location has the Coca Cola Freestyle machines, which gives you a ton of variety. I dispensed Barq’s Zero Sugar, which tasted great! The condiments, napkins, straws, etc. area was clean and well organized. My order was ready within 3 minutes, which was not bad.
The lobby was clean and free of any trash.
My meal was hot, fresh, and tasty! The fries were fresh from the vat, and salted well. My sandwich was made perfectly, and hot the spot.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for some great customer service and tasty food!

While my food was fresh, there was a Caucasian woman with a short haircut taking the breakfast drive through orders and she was very short with her answers to my questions and wasn’t helpful at all. It would have been nice to have someone who actually seems like they value customer service taking orders instead of her:

Disgusting Resturant
This was hands down the most vile, careless experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s, and I will NEVER step foot in another one again. I am severely allergic to cheese, and of course they still put cheese on my order—apparently that’s just how little they care. If I hadn’t caught it before eating, this could have literally cost me my life.
When I brought the food back, the so-called manager couldn’t even bother to apologize. Instead, she tried to shove half my money back at me like that somehow made it okay. She didn’t even have the decency to come to the window and speak to me. Absolute cowardly behavior.
This place is disgusting—from the food to the service to the complete lack of concern for customer safety. I genuinely hope every Wendy’s shuts down, because this level of negligence is dangerous and unacceptable

this is the closest place to my job so occasionally I’ll stop and grab some food. every time, I am not sure how, they mess something up or forget something. I love me a good wendys trip, and it makes me so sad that this happens so often. I, of course, will continue to go because I do love wendys and it’s close to work, it’s just frustrating sometimes

As far as fast food is considered this Wendy’s is pretty good! Ordered here plenty with drive-thru and mobile and haven’t had any botched orders. The staff is always friendly and the food is tasty as expected.

Went there today during snow storm ordered food price seamed sort of high. Figured I’d look at my receipt when I get it got my food left come to find out no receipt call up there asked about receipt they said there was a pile of them he forgot. Then I said $48 seams high for what I ordered went over it they charged me for stuff I didn’t even order and didn’t give me 2 things I did order. He said sorry but couldn’t refund me for anything. I’m never going back again.

I come 5 out of 7 days a week for breakfast and order the same thing every time. 3 out 5 times my food is wrong this has been constant for 2 months. The big boss man was there my order was messed up twice. Then instead of fixing my order they always hand me things to fix it. I am sure I am due a sandwich maker check by now. Way to many manager shirts poorly ran all the time. The GM can’t even take orders and then argues with customers is a strange GM trait. The food is good when you get it right but I don’t work for wendys so if you mess up food. Remake it or I will ask for refund………..

The best Wendy’s I’ve been to. Fast service. As soon as my order is ready, it’s done 5 min later. Friendly staff and even took the time to write my name on the wrapper.
