The croissant sandwich it was number three wasn’t like a sandwich wasn’t like a croissant. I believe it was not toasted properly. Fortunately, I was at the same location when I tasted the sandwich I went to the guy who made my sandwich and told him that it is not testing good can you please redo it? He denied it. He said I don’t have any other croissant. What do you mean? How are you doing business guyson Saturday morning? I have to spend my energy time and money wasted.

I needed a late night Frosty fix. Went there about 11 pm. There was only 1 maybe 2 people working at the most. The guy at the window was very friendly. He got me my food fast and it was fresh. Food is always fresh when I go here.

I just left from here I ordered a 10 piece nugget, fries, and a Cobb salad. After ordering and paying i was asked to park and wait for my food. I patiently waited 10 mins just to get home to OLD, COLD, HARD fries and somewhat warm nuggets. I’m so upset because what did I wait for?!?! Waiting for 10 mins mean the food should be FRESH AND HOT not OLD AND STALE. What a waste of money!! If it was an option I would give them a negative rating. Moving forward I will drive the extra few miles to go to another Wendy’s than come here. Nothing but a waste of time and money.

I stopped going to the Wendy’s on Wixom Road due to Rude Ms. Red wig.
Coming to this location is a breath of fresh air. The customer service is great in the morning. The is an African American woman that works here that’s so nice every morning. I need to get her name, however, she’s always very pleasant and smiling. The seasoned potatoes are always hot and freshly cooked. This Wendy’s is definitely a feel good experience.

Got chicken tenders when they first came out from here, I didn’t like them at all. You could tell the grease wasn’t cleaned & they tasted dry. I went back and got replacements and they tasted exactly like the first ones. Don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.
