Think twice before you eat here or any restaurant for that matter especially fast food where employees don’t really care about their job and sadly it shows….i went in there to pick up an online order and a customer dining in came back up to the counter and gave the young girl his sandwich saying he asked for a single and got a chicken sandwich….she took it from him and opened it back up and looked at it and then proceeded to wrap it back up after he sat back down and wasn’t looking and then she put that same sandwich that the customer touched and handled in someone’s DoorDash order….they are automatically supposed to discard any food a customer handles and gives back….i’m sure that DoorDash customer would’ve been thrilled or more like disgusted to know that his sandwich was opened and touched and handled by two different people after it was initially prepared not knowing what they actually did to it or whether or not the customer actually put his mouth on it before realizing it was the wrong sandwich who knows what was done to it smfh ♂️ she then gave him another sandwich and sure enough it was also the wrong sandwich for a second time…..then when she handed me my order it was the complete wrong order….very unsanitary and unethical to say the least and god knows what they do behind the scenes when you’re not looking….like I said think twice before eating out especially at fast food restaurants because most of them don’t care at all smfh ♂️

This is an excellent location. The staff is very friendly and professional. I had a great experience with Kejaun, the young man who took my order – he was friendly and very polite. So often at fast food restaurants you are greeted with dismissive staff having side conversations, not here, this young man was focused on his job and customers. The food was made fast and tasted very fresh. The restaurant itself was absolutely spotless – very well run.

I never ate inside. I make sure to ask them to make my burgers fresh. My husband asks for fresh everything and I’ve never been given a no response or was given attitude as I get in other fast food drive thru. I LOVE the special frosty flavors they come out with different times of the year especially the salted Carmel and Berry. I wish Wendy’s would consider keeping a few different selections on their menu at least year round then switch up if they have to. Maybe I’m the only person or one of the few that likes their special edition frosties. To be honest when they don’t have a special flavor on the menu I never order a frosty and even decrease the amount of trips I make there in general.

The service was terrible. When asked if I want sauce and I tell you what kind, I would assume that means your giving it to me. When you ask me what kind of drink and I tell you a sprite, I would assume I’m getting a sprite and not substitute it for a frosty that I also ordered.

Did NOT GET A SPOON, FORK, SALT OR PEPPER, STRAW, OR THE BBQ SAUCE NOT EVEN NAPKINS.

Today I went through the drive through. The guy taking my order had a very bad memory. I would say something and he would ask me what else I wanted and I would answer, then he’d go back to something from before and repeat it back to me, but get it wrong. All I ordered was a Biggie Bag but I had to say what sauce I wanted with my nuggets, what drink I wanted, and what sandwich, multiple times. Finally he repeated it all back to me correctly. Then at the drive through window they hand me my food, I say thank you, and they don’t say you’re welcome or even look at me. I drive away because I’m just annoyed at this point. When I check my order, they got my drink wrong, my sandwich wrong, and the nugget sauce wrong.
It’s a Wendy’s… I don’t expect gourmet. All I expect is to say what I want, pay you the money, and then get what I ordered. I don’t know why it’s so hard. It was a $6 order, for one person.
