I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to Wendy’s. The cashier didn’t give me my receipt and wasn’t helpful when I asked about it. On top of that, I had to wait about 15 minutes just for a single sandwich, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. The lack of customer service made the experience even worse — no apology or update while I was waiting.
I’ve always liked Wendy’s food, but this visit really fell short in terms of service and efficiency. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers don’t have the same experience.

I told myself I wouldn’t come to this location again after the continued horrible food and service provided in the past. I went there this particular morning for breakfast. They had no seasoned potatoes and they don’t have any in the store so they asked if I wanted regular fries. Then they tell me they’re out of iced tea and Dr.Pepper. So I settled for a sprite which was not good at all. If they would’ve told me I had to substitute anything else, I would’ve canceled my order. When I got my food, I could tell nothing was made fresh, the fries tasted hard and old and reheated. My sausage egg muffin sandwich tasted like it had been sitting under a warmer too long, the egg was over cooked and the sausage tasted spicy which I didn’t order that way and not to mention the drink tasting horrible. This was the very last time I order anything from this location. Y’all have to do better. You’re too busy trying to rush out order but not considering the quality of the food and also the last time I ordered lunch, the staff was horrible, playing around too much, cursing behind the counter in front of kids and older people and arguing with each other. I wouldn’t dare want my food made by that environment at all which is why it took me a while to come back and this is most definitely the last time I will ever go to this location.

I wish I could give this place a 0 the customer service there is horrible, will have you waiting at the drive thru window for at least 10 minutes before they even say anything! Everyone in there is super rude I will definitely be making a corporate complaint.!

When I initially drove up, I was incorrectly told, “This is a drive-thru only.” After running an errand, I thought, I’ll go back and drive through. Upon arriving at the order stand, I was asked what I would like by the Wendy’s staff through the speaker. I ordered, then there was no response. A few minutes later, while still waiting, someone asked me, “what did you order?” So I ordered again. My order included a small chocolate Frosty.
“I’m sorry, we cannot give you a small Frosty today, only a medium or large are available today.”
I decided to only get chicken tenders.
When I pulled up to pay, the cashier took my money, then asked me, “please back so our timer stops counting. We have to put your chicken in the fryer, and it will take a few minutes.” So I backed up until I was told, “ok, stop there, and don’t move until I tell you to pull forward “

After waiting 5 minutes, someone else was at the cashier window, and 2 cars were pulled up behind me. So I pulled forward. The new cashier asked, “what did you order?” I told him my order, and he was confused. He figured out I had already ordered, and paid for my food.

Unless you are starving, and this is the only fast food available for 100 miles, – DO NOT STOP at this Wendy’s. Poor management and bad customer service!

Ask the employees for a drink holder for two large drinks. The employee told me No. The employee told me they only give cup holders for 3 or more drinks. I asked for a bag for the two large drinks. The employee told me NO and to find my own bag. She had a bad attitude and made no apologies. I see other comments are referencing the bad attitude. Clearly Wendy’s isn’t doing anything about it so we’re going to have to make a choice, not to allow this Wendy’s to service us.

They gave me two spicy chicken not all way cooked and I’m pregnant then was rude when I try to ask questions they kept closing the window the manger with the blue shirt on pop smoke braid and the girl with the black and red braid in drive thru and this the second time they need to be shut down I’ll never come here again

Stopped in randomly on a Sunday morning for breakfast. Only 2 people working, I didn’t have high hopes for the experience. Both workers were fast, efficient, FRIENDLY, and knowledgeable (honey butter on the biscuit ). I know fast food management and owners are notoriously cheap…. But these two deserve a big boost in pay and a promotion.

If you want Wendy’s just ride right past this one horrible attitudes early in the morning they always try to cheat the window timers and have u sit in a crowded parking lot and mess your order up every time then u have to wait in line again to fix it just for them to tell u pull up and we’ll bring it out again

I worked over 15 hours and decided to get a hot burger and rest. I got two double bacon classics meals and some other items. Bill was $20 bucks. I have food allergies and was exhausted. I asked for just lettuce tomato and mayo. I keep it basic because I am allergic to mustard and onions. I have a big bill and realized I did not get a receipt. Got home and could not eat a burger and the bacon that makes the sandwich a higher cost was just sad. To tired to go back and no receipt to call i was screwed. So disappointed.
