On February 21, 2025, I suffered a slip and fall at this Wendy’s location due to wet floors, resulting in a knee injury. At the time of the incident, management and employees showed little concern, though they eventually took my information after I insisted.
A few days later, I was contacted by a Wendy’s representative who acknowledged that I took a significant fall and confirmed the incident was captured on video. I was instructed to follow up after a couple of days regarding my condition. As a result of the injury, I sought medical treatment from my primary care physician, missed several days of work, attended follow-up appointments, and received a knee injection. I also incurred medical and prescription copays.
The Wendy’s representative stated, as a gesture of good faith, that the claim would be turned over to their insurance carrier. After submitting all requested documentation, I was repeatedly given the runaround. My last contact regarding this claim was July 7, 2025.
After receiving no updates for months, I reached out again today (February O2, 2026) and was informed that the claim is no longer being handled by Gallagher Bassett and that I should contact another carrier—without any explanation or assistance in doing so. Additionally, I have been unable to successfully contact anyone at Wendy’s corporate to help resolve this matter.
Due to the lack of follow-through, communication, and accountability, I would not recommend doing business with this Wendy’s location or the company as a whole.

Ordered the 8 dollar bag from Wendy’s NEVER AGAIN burgers looked like they’d been sitting out they were dry not fresh they lettuce and tomatoes were the only thing fresh the cheese was dark because it had been sitting out fries were dry my drink was watered down I ordered fruit punch very very watery definitely disappointed in

I watched the person in front of me hand their bag of food back two was two men going through the bag mess with the food and hand the same bag back. Before doing so they left out a chicken sandwich that went in my bag. Not only that I wait 23 minutes in drive through for this old food and the food that was in another customers possession. I watched the tall dude touch all my kids chicken nuggets with his bare hands. At this point I don’t understand how this location passes for food safety at all.

They have been getting better. They were a-lot slower before. I usually only get frosty. Today I was met with bad service. I told her it wasn’t full enough and she just yelled across the kitchen and complained about me to her coworker. FYI the car before me was unhappy with something they got as well and gave back something. Just saying this shift was not it. I get having bad days but all im asking for is a frosty filled like normally???

I couldn’t believe how awful the experience I had was at this wendy’s, in harper woods I did a mobile order, and they lost the order again. They didn’t start preparing until I got there. I saw the son of baconator sandwiches on a commercial, and I thought those look good. What I got was three sandwiches with a tiny piece of bacon on the top and only one piece of cheese, but the picture that they’ve show really looks good.

I went to the drive thru during g lunch time, it was busy. I ordered a ranch chicken wrap which was huge! But it could have used more ranch and maybe a better flavor ranch. The wrap was ok not delicious. And I got my favorite classic lemonade, yum!

This has been the worse experience I had, that was initiated by the drive thru cashier. We ordered 4 for $4. All chicken except one. One was for a junior bacon sandwich made like a Deluxe and all orders with fresh fries and nuggets. When I got to the window I has if they heard me saw fresh and the cashier gave me an evil eye, so I repeated myself. He replied to me that he guess, that ain’t his area, then began to close the window. I got his attention and asked if he could make sure as the cashier is the whom takes the order and let’s the fry station know when they have requests. He rolled his eyes ,closed the window and started talking to a women next to him. I decide not to say anything as he may have told them. When I got my order the fries were not hot and my sandwich did not have any condiments except mayo and a tomato. I knocked on the window and told them my sandwich was wrong and my fries are not fresh. They took the while bag back into the windows. After about 2 minutes. They women standing next the the drive thru guy(dressed in all colors, not his uniform) came to the window and stated the sandwich was right. I told her know I took it apart in my vehicle plus it did not have any bacon. She argued with me that it was right and said she would re make it. When I got the bag back. I got the same sandwich back with the condiments, but still no bacon and my fries had been redipped. The fries were over cooked. I tried to get the guys attention they just ignored me and the doors were locked so I could not go inside. So now in the end I paid for an order I did not receive. My order was messed up, as I am driving I took a look at my drink and my hi-c orange is red. My kids even commented that the guy in the rainbow close was trying to start an argument. I been looking for the general Manger number but the store is not picking up their phone. Thus leave me hungry and out of my money. Yes I just left thus restaurant probably aroundb 2:30ish today’s crew is not practicing customer service.

The food has been nasty here the last 2 times. Done with it. They need better management cause I’ve gotten sick both of those times. First it was nuggets and now it’s a burger. I actually only ate less than half of the burger cause something seemed off with it. I got sick anyway. I should probably take this as a sign to stop eating fast food altogether. Maybe you should too.
