I should not have to check my bag before leaving a restaurant. They gave me burned food and I have missing items. The kids that works there was making bets on a young lady that walked in saying he bet him that he can get her number then proceeded to say “I guess I owe you five” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They wont answer their phone EVER! I CALLED 5 TIMES! IT SHOULD ONLY TAKE ONE! They were coughing over the grease after changing it! It took them 30 minutes to give me my food and I spent over 50 dollars there! I am NOT HAPPY! Something needs to be done!

I just left here about 10mins ago and I got a #7 combo with no ketchup or no tomato and not only did I have ketchup on my sandwich but they used some onions and the meat was old & dry and the sandwich has one piece of bacon on it…. they will no longer get my money oh and let’s not for get the cashier at the window is very rude and has a serious attitude problem even when you are extremely polite

Was picking up an order for Uber eats and it took over 20 minutes. I was about to cancel and leave when the worker comes running and yelling at me from inside to my car. She spoke nasty to me and tried scolding me for wanting to leave.

The other day I visited this Wendy’s on cadiuex and Harper to try out there breakfast for the first time. I ordered two egg and sausage biscuits sandwich which were fresh and hot and with great customers service. Who ever running this Wendy’s team keep up the good work. Waited over 20 minutes just for them to say that they were putting the burger on now. They were very slow but found time for smoke breaks. All the guy at the counter did was complain and act like he could care less about time.

This is the worse Wendy’s been waiting 20 minutes for my food these people are playing and laughing taking they time making the food, plus they make you wait at the first window so they can cheat the time counter look on the camera the I asked the manager why is my food cold and I been waiting so long she was very nonchalant I think yall need better customer service my ticket number #3193

Says they are open until 1:00 am, but they will not respond to you when you pull up to the drive thru. We pulled up at 12:35am and they acted as though no one was in the restaurant
