I’ve never left a negative review before, but I wanted to share a concern from my recent visit. While waiting at the counter for my food, I noticed the employee working the fry station was not wearing gloves. I also observed him touch a fry with his bare hands and wipe his nose before continuing to work the station.
I work in food service myself, so food safety is really important to me, and this made me feel uncomfortable. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes it can be addressed going forward.

Took a bite of my child’s chicken nugget and it was uncooked had to look through the rest of my child’s food to see if the rest was cooked or uncooked only found 1 nugget that was uncooked thank good it was me that took that bite instead of my child

Went here few months ago was 5 stars out of 5. Last 2 times I went after work around 10-11pm the fries were warm-ish but my burger was absolutely cold. Not I got home and it was cold I checked it as I was pulling away and it was absurdly cold, I didnt go back to complain because I don’t trust they wont mess with a remake. Nothing is made even close to fresh.

I cannot tell you the last time I stopped and had lunch at this Wendy’s overall it was a great experience. They have a very friendly staff and also a very clean store, along with a beautiful sign welcoming people to Brownstown , Mi. I got the Pretzal Baconator and a frosty! I will be going back

Every time I get food here either something is missing or doesn’t taste fresh. Almost every time I order a breakfast burrito the soft tortilla is ripped and it tastes like they cooked the potatoes and sausage the day before. And most of the time the person taking your order seems annoyed they have to work! Been like this for a couple years now.

Went to drive thru and got tasty baconators for my friend and I.
Also decided to try the saucy nuggets and ‘Ravens blood’ (cherry sauce=syrup) frosty.
Great friendly service from the lady working the drive thru, and thoroughly enjoyed our baconators.
The saucy nuggets? They are okay, but in the future I’ll just get plain nuggets, as not the biggest fan of the bbq, and don’t like buffalo.
The frosty was tasty, the Ravens blood was an interesting addition. Not too strong, and at times a bit too mild. But when got to the bottom where more was by itself? It was both good and not so much.
Not sweet enough for my sweet tooth, but still good at first try. Then it was too strong.
Overall, tasty lunch, and interesting to try the new things. I miss adding the pretzel bun from the pub burgers to my baconators. And miss the fries before the latest change, as the additives make my mouth tingle and feel like they are spicy due to it. So, I will choose McDonald’s over Wendy’s now when I want fries with my burger.

Normally this Wendy’s is like every other Wendy’s It takes you awhile to get your food. Food is always good but it always takes a while. Today I went to the drive-thru. The person that took my order was super friendly and the Drive-Thru was faster than a Chick-fil-A. There were at least five cars in front of me and everybody went through fast. Thank you!

I was driving through there on my way back to Toledo and was hungry so I ordered the bacon biggie stack without tomatoes or onions…opened it up and found onions on it. Then found out that the burger itself was basically COLD, so much so that the cheese was still cold as well?? Absolutely ridiculous to not be able to get a hot burger with melted cheese especially considering because you advertise that they’re HOT and fresh, made to order! ♀️
