The new taco salad is a joke
U get a baby side salad, I got no chips, asked for no tomatoes, got more tomatoes than I did lettuce. Way overpriced for a cup of their chili to throw on top of a side salad. Guess it’s my fault. I should have checked the bag to make sure I had what I paid for.
Don’t waste your money to leave hungry after spending 20$
Son got nuggets and cold fries …..

Went through drive through at about 7:00 tonight. The cashier was obviously new so I was trying to be very patient and understanding. I had to respecify my order a few times, I think I told her about 3 or 4 times that I wanted a 4 piece tender meal. The bag was broken at the bottom when I was handed it and a bunch of my fries fell onto my seat. I asked for them to double bag it, but they handed me another bag of the wrong size, much smaller. I get home to see that rather than give me 1 tender too few, they gave me 2 too few and no sauce. Probably will be back, but only because this is the closest Wendy’s to my house.

Located closed to the highway. Fast service. Employees were very friendly. Clean washroom. Enough parking room. I travel from Canada often on same route and it was same each time. Will go again my next trip

This is a newly remodeled location. I enjoyed the modern decor. The tall young man that waited on us was friendly and helpful. My husband had the Taco Salad which was crisp and fresh. We both had a small chili. Unfortunately the chili seemed more like soup. It was very thin with less meet than usual. The fries were good. I would go back but there was one other thing that bothered me. The floor by the counter and even by my table was sticky. Having said that we were there at 7 PM on a Sunday.

Honestly if I could give 0 I would. We had a was 3 Meals .. missed all of the nuggets in our meals. My friend went and picked up the order and you can clearly hear them talking about our order and how we order so much. You work at a fast food restaurant. Respectfully if you hate your job quit.

Got the wrong burger and instead of correcting it they just gave me bacon to put on it myself. Had to end up paying for a whole new burger. Alyssa was the one who messed up the order and had an attitude the entire time we were being nice about it

I had a horrible time at this wendys. They were out of everything and when I ordered a frosty off the app and already paid for it, it wasn’t ready to be served. They told me it would be a few minutes and I said okay thats fine. I came up 5 minutes later to the frosty bag sitting on the counter still and then the manager complained about having to make the new frosty mix (it was at 7pm). She said “I can’t believe she’s actually waiting for this.” And gave me a nasty look. Needless to say I probably won’t come back.

Food was typical Wendys. The chili was all liquid and hardly any meat or beans. There were literally 4 beans and 2 chunks of beef. I counted! The rest was red sauce with a little onion and celery mixed in. When I asked for a remake on the chil, the server told me no, and said that’s how it comes now and offered “free” crackers to help ticken it up. The drink machine that normally supposed to offer 100 different flavors had 4 that worked. The rest were empty and manager said it wasn’t being properly maintained by owner and that’s why it didn’t work….Said it was’t their fault! I call BS on both explanations! Will NOT return to this location ever again. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean and burger and fries were good, but bad service cost this location acutomer for life!

As a door dasher any order i accept that I can’t deliver hurts me. So when 3 orders in a row they flat out said “yeah I’m not gonna lie to you we’re not gonna do that” the workers were obviously high, the line wrapped around the building and the only time it’d move is when someone got fed up with waiting and left.

If you’re gonna place a mobile order, Call and ask them what drinks they have because This is the third time this week. I have placed a mobile order and they were out of the drink I ordered. I ordered a different drink each time and they were always out of it. Put down the crack rocks and pick up the Pop order form
