This is absolutely the worst wendys I’ve ever been to in my life. I ordered and asked for fresh fries and nuggets and the manager a girl with tattoos gave me attitude because she didn’t want to do her job, she also got upset because I asked her to salt my fries which is something they suppose to do anyways. I also ordered a grilled chicken wrap I got home and cut it and it was old chicken in there you could tell by just looking that they chicken set there for awhile. Also, other customers who ordered after me left and never received their food because they had a flight at the airport but they did pay. I would never go back there. Do better, if that’s not the job you want and/or desire please find another one because customer service is not your forte.

Waited at the register for over 5 minutes as at least 3 wendy employees walked past me, avoiding eye contact, yet using the register right in front of me. Never said anything like “we’ll be right with you”.Horrible service. My drink had white floaties and my sandwich bun was literally hard on the top. Absolutely disgraceful. Check out the pic of the frosty they left to drip onto the floor. This establishment surely gave me a disease of some kind. The last time we went, we saw people sitting inside eating their food but the doors were locked and once again, nobody made eye contact to let us in or tell us the dining room was closed. I should ha e never came back here.

When inside to play some order two ladies was working. They noticed me in the lobby. They never acknowledged me. I waited for 10 minutes. No one never said anything to me about placing my order. Five other people walked in and also had to wait the young man that was working drive-thru after I left out and went to place my order through drive-thru. He was able to get me out of there in 10 minutes. Believe the lady that was working making food was the manager but all you have to do is acknowledge the customer that is poor and very unacceptable!!

Stay away! My coworker was charged twice. My order was completely wrong. They had take back my sandwich and “remake it”. Glad I check due to the recent negative reviews. We also had to ask the person behind the counter for our drinks when we finally got our corrected orders. The fountain machine is broken.

I ordered the pub sandwich frosting fries. No frosty’s no Mountain Dew no Orange pop. Had to have them replace my fries twice because I waited 25 minutes They had no ketch up no salt.and could not find the Pretzel buns. I Went to pay they had no Change. In drive thru line for 30 minutes. Orders food, cashier was very rude. I stayed polite. Got to window and cashier stated she didn’t get my order. I would have to go back around. I stayed and waited til another cashier came and gotten my order.
