Customer service was polite and they didn’t seem to rush you while there were alot if people in the restaurant or while they were in lunch rush, some restaurants they rather rush you then to get you order right like you want it we all have been thru that while your trying to order and they act like they are to busy to listen to everything you want on your sandwich or whatever it is your ordering. Wendy’s was not like that while I was ordering my food during one of their busy times of the day.

i don’t usually write reviews but i’m genuinely confused
it took me 30 minutes too get through the entire drive through line. i work in fast food aswell so i can completely understand if you are getting slammed but that’s not what im upset about…
i ordered a dave’s double, and i have too say out of any single time iv gotten food from that place my burger has never been that dry and lukewarm. what was also confusing is that it had no flavor (can’t really expect much because of it being fast food but it was weird cause they usually taste different )
i ordered two things of baconator fries with extra cheese. the first one definitely had a lot of cheese but i kid you not it had ONE piece of bacon on it lololol. the second bac. fry had somehow older fries than the first, a good amount of bacon but not extra cheese.
genuinely the best thing about this meal is they must have just changed the diet coke syrup. i’m not blaming the workers it looked like they were having a rough and long night. but i can’t even get a refund because they didn’t give me a receipt and i didn’t notice any of this till i was home.
i just paid $20 for sadness in a brown paper bag.

Arrived with my two friends to eat at your restaurant at 1:15 pm on September 24th, 2025, and it was damn near abysmal. It took a good 20 minutes to be asked about our order, took longer for the food to be made, and even longer to get rid of the angry emotion that soured any good feelings I had with the food, which was very tasty. The kicker being that the dining room and drive thru weren’t even busy, as it was just past lunch rush. There should be no excuse for the poor service we received that day.
I’m not one to post bad reviews on a restaurant or any place, but when a customer can comment to another that we can jump the counter and make it faster than the staff, you know your staff sucks.

Everytime I come here it’s a different experience. This most recent time went well. Everything went smooth and quick. Food is hot, but my bacon is a little burnt. My original rating was 2 stars but I’m editing it to 3 stars for now. I’m still keeping it low because of passed experiences but I hope they keep up the good work so I can give them more stars.

Absolute worst location ever. The food is great, I would love to eat there if they could ever figure out when to open. I’m not sure what makes them think people don’t want breakfast BEFORE going to work in the morning. One day they’ll open at 6:30, the next day they’ll open at 7:00, I’m sitting here in the parking lot now waiting for them to open, it’s going on 8:00 and they’re just staring at me from the drive-thru window. Pretty sad when a location loses business not because of their food quality but because their employees can’t figure out when to turn the lights on. I’ve been holding out hope for this location , as it the most convenient for me to try to get breakfast BEFORE going to work in the morning. But I guess that’s over now. Bye Wendy’s.

Very poor service! I walked in and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. As I stood there no one acknowledged me or said anything to me. I had a worker walk past me a couple times as she was taking orders out to the drive thru and didn’t say anything. By the time my mobile order was ready the first thing the worker said was “did you say something”. This place needs better customer service before I come back again.

Wanting to share a huge thank you to team member Ellen for being so amazing today! We came in during lunch rush and it was soooo crazy today. But she held down the front with a smile, and even tho there was a small wait time she made sure we were very well taken care of! Can’t thank her enough for a great lunch today, thank you Ellen!
