I went to this Wendy’s location on October 1st 2025 I was on my outing at Burlington coat factory I was walking around this area I was wearing my safety vest to protect myself from distracted drivers I went inside this Wendy’s location wearing my safety vest and the employees asked me why I was wearing my safety vest i told them I wear my safety vest to protect myself from distracted drivers. I had their biggie bag and I used the scorching hot sauce it the spiciest sauce ever at Wendy’s I had their Orange Cream Coke and the Orange Cream Coke was very good. The employees were very nice to me.

I did a Door Dash for dinner on Sunday night and the food was not even warm and the fries tasted like they have been sitting around forever. Dried out and cold! I ordered Wendy’s because it’s not even 5 minutes down the road from my work. Normally I would not post I would call the restaurant but every time I call the phone it’s not in service. I even googled their number several times and there is no other number for that restaurant. So disappointed in this kind of service. I gave it one star because the Bbq sauce was good.

I came through the drive thru today June 17th 2025 and order a chicken sandwich the chicken itself tasted like it was sitting for a bit even tho I asked for it to be off the fryer !!! And the person at the drive thru window told me it won’t be anything crazy we have been busy all day it’ll be fresh. I believed her but that’s okay on top of that I got my bun burned. I tried to call the store and let them know about this but no one answered that’s why I’m posting it on here.

Where do I start?
Let’s start with I spent 30 dollars on possibly the WORST meal on the planet.
My fries were cold and gross.
My spicy nuggets were lukewarm and gross.
And my Jr bacon cheeseburger….well, the keyword in that is bacon, which my burger did NOT have… Now I get it, fast food right before they close blah blah blah but….my bacon tho? How is that possible? I’m not even gonna mention how the burger was already made wrong, but y’all forgot my bacon… now, to make matters worse…. My burger was older than I am. I wouldn’t give it to a homeless dog. (See video on my Facebook)
And the words “no ice” means no ice, therefore there should be NO ice in my drink, and yet….. No surprise tho, there was ice in my drink…
And then y’all messed up my pregnant girlfriends food too?
Y’all should just quit.
While I’m here…. Your drive through cashier seemed like he was mad at the fact he was alive, well, that’s something we can agree on. So between him and whatever moron was making food horribly….your parents should be insanely embarrassed that y’all can’t make a burger at Wendy’s correctly. KYS.

I payed for a full drink and got a cup filled 3/4 and the red hair girl wouldn’t fill it up, I’ve had extra put in before but now you can’t, I know you don’t get payed enough to care about the drink just fill our cups up because we payed for that.
