I recently visited your location and was extremely disappointed by the overall experience. The restrooms were in an unsanitary condition, and no condiments were available in the dining area. The drink machine was out of nearly every flavor, and the beverages that were available tasted off. Both the chili and burger I ordered were served cold. Additionally, an employee handed me a cup while touching the inside with their bare hand and did so in a dismissive and rude manner. The portion of fries I received was noticeably lacking.
This was, without question, the worst experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s. I hope these concerns are addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Ordered through door dash , horrible food . The bad part is I ordered lunch as soon as they open so it’s no excuse for food to look this way unless they are using leftovers . Don’t eat here . They also don’t keep the inside clean , not sure why I trusted them again !

We waited in line for approximately an p minutes. Ordered two meal (one burger and one chicken) and a single burger. Chicken was supposed to be mayo only. Single burger was not supposed to have cheese. We get home and one of the burgers was missing. Instead my burger in the way back because my sugar was low. And of course it had cheese in it. Went into the restaurant and was looked at by an employee a few times but he didn’t ask if I needed help. A young lady who took my order and repeated how we wanted it, immediately remade my other burger. Got home and the chicken had lettuce pickles and tomato, even though we wanted mayo only. This isn’t the first time our order was messed up very disappointed in this location. Won’t be going to this one again

The gal working there was polite hence the 3 stars. Speaker not working, one flavor of frosty not working (okay?), took forever and food was cold/sub-par. I used to consider Wendy’s a step up from other fast food. Nah. This location is an example of poor ownership/poor management.

Please train your staff to cook the beef patties all they way through. Ordered 2 burgers for the kids. One of the beef patties was completely pink on the inside and raw. Other burger patties on different burger were better but very disappointing experience.

Manager was super stressed but did her thing, bounced around and secured orders as much as reassuring customers. However the sandwich maker, brunette with an attitude actually took off her gloves to go and meanmug an elderly woman because she couldnt figure out how to make a baconator with everything but mayo, afterwards she proceeds to talk down on front cash because he questioned why sandwiches were sitting out. She was keeping them warm for the next guy or hour that passed, 7 second sandwiches can be hard but not that hard. All in all it was an experience

Do NOT come here on Sundays. Awful employees that give the wrong orders and skimp out on nuggets and fries. On other days they take over 20 minutes for an online order I placed in ADVANCE and still had to wait with others in the drive through line. The fries are cold and the large size is a joke. I tried to come here after many months, but this just reminded me that this place is only 2 steps away from Burger King. Wouldn’t recommend this place EVER.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Terrible service, manager that does not even CARE about the service they provide, slow workers that can’t even read orders properly mixing up orders. Food is never prepared so I always have to wait 20 MINUTES for food to be ready even though I order ahead on mobile. Wendy’s talks SOO much junk about McDonald’s ice cream not working, then come to find out that they’re all out of vanilla ice-cream. Ironic isn’t it?? I have never seen such incompetence THIS many times at the same location. This is place is absolute mess and is a SHAME to the Wendy’s brand.

Very dirty location, placed an order while inside they forgot about it with just one other order to serve at the time. No clean tables, the floor looks like it gets cleaned once in multiple weeks. Would recommend avoiding this location.

The most disgusting Wendy’s that I’ve ever been in. The hallway to the restroom and the restroom smells like a toilet. The floors are greasy and slippery. There was old food and bugs in the utensil holder. The tables were gross the counter was dirty. The workers were nice and the drive thru was busy. It wasn’t just from that shift.
