Do NOT come here on Sundays. Awful employees that give the wrong orders and skimp out on nuggets and fries. On other days they take over 20 minutes for an online order I placed in ADVANCE and still had to wait with others in the drive through line. The fries are cold and the large size is a joke. I tried to come here after many months, but this just reminded me that this place is only 2 steps away from Burger King. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

I love the food and the value can’t be beat. The rewards system for Wendy’s is also really good. This location, like most places these days, has a trouble with staffing and I find it frustrating when the dining room is closed during lunch because of a staffing shortage. Eating in my car is not very comfortable. Also, when the dining room is open, the drink machine is usually out of a lot of the flavors.

The food was good per normal. Customer service sucked. From the time we ordered food and stopped at the window to pay. The person in the window at the time was extremely rude and lacked hospitality. I spoke with the manager and advised of the service my family and I received. Unfortunately, I kept my order because everything else around was closed.

I sat at the machine to order drive through from for about 10 min. Some lady kept saying, “I’ll be with you in one moment.” A guy comes out and tells me my car isn’t lined up for the sensor. Has me move back and forward and still says it’s off. Lady comes on again and keeps saying, “I’ll be with you in one moment,” then goes back to having a conversation with the mic on. She gets on and can’t seem to get my oder right. I kept saying small, but she kept asking what size. She hands me the wrong size frosty (kids/jr) and tells me its the right size. The Wendy’s on 18 mile has a different cup for smalls. I’ve also never had someone ask me multiple times which cheeseburger I want, when I’ve said I want the biggie deals basic cheeseburger. I kept saying the single and she kept asking which one. Literally never had anyone ask or say there’s multiple different single plain cheeseburgers. What an odd exchange.

Placed a mobile order for ASAP, received no updates or time estimate so we waited 20 minutes then went to get our food. Every single employee (primarily young teenage boys) actively ignored us standing at the register. At one point a young man walked out of the bathrooms holding a spray bottle that said “toliet cleaner”, set it on the register counter then proceeded to immediately serve drinks to customers. After 10 minutes of being ignored, we went through the drive through to wait another 5 minutes for them to scramble and get our food. But we got a free $2 cookie for over 30 minutes of our time. I don’t recommend this location.

Go in for a quick lunch this afternoon, usually don’t go to fast food but when I do it’s Wendy’s. Get in there and order that new ghost pepper chicken sandwich, lady gives me a Asiago club with bacon on it. Train ur employees a little better on how to read or interpret customers.

Don’t order unsweetened tea, they’ll keep giving you sweet tea even if you point out you ordered unsweet. Also don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. They constantly ask you to pull up past the window to a yellow post and make you wait forever for them to bring out your order.

They’re trying to game some system while being incompetent at the same time. They only take 1 cars order at a time, then have them pay, then push them off ton a waiting area before walking the food out to the car. The only reason to do this is to scam a corporate timer. In addition their order accuracy blows. After trying to give my order to the wrong car it turns out half was missing. Stunningly brutal incompetence all around.

Wendy’s on John R and Wattles is the worst. They allow one car to order at a time and are extremely rude. I watched 3 people standing and starring at the monitor for 8 minutes. I ordered a number 1, standard cheese burger, fries and drink and waited 20 minutes. Not so fast food at this location.

I was at this location today. Their (P.O.S) point of sale, credit card/debit card system went down. The lady tried about 8 times to run my card and it was giving them an error. She called the manager and explained. They wasted no time and just gave me my food for free instead of making me wait for how ever long it would take to re-boot their system. So Thank you again.
