Girl at the the drive thru window wearing a mask was very rude with an attitude. Didn’t even get any butter with my potato. We did not have a large or complicated order. The girl just gave huge attitude for nothing. I’m sorry you don’t seem to like your job, but you picked it. Customer service is NOT your forte!

my fiance and i went through the drive thru after a long day at work. the food was still fresh tasting , warm , & great quality for fast food 🙂 the guy working the window was awesome & had good customer service even though it was 12am.

Ridiculous! The first order was missing 2 baked potatoes and I was given a double instead of a kids hamburger with nothing on it. I placed a second order to re-ordered the baked potatoes and hamburger that were missing on the first order. The hamburger was correct but the potatoes came as french fries in the a potatoe container sprinkled with cheese and microwaved. WHY??? The fries were so salty they were inedible. I ordered through DoorDash so I was told that DoorDash would handle all problems. However, the store has to take some responsibility for the improper order and horrible food presentation and taste. At the end of the day, DoorDash is only the delivery company. They have nothing to do with how the food is prepared. This was just a lazy attempt to fill an order regardless of what the customer wanted.

Only got 1 of the nuggets instead of 2.
Got NO dipping sauce, no straws for the drinks, no napkins, or a spoon to eat the frosty with. Its fast food, we got it to eat on our way to an event and couldnt even do that without straws, napkins, or spoons. Should’ve just kept my money.

Nasty store served me cold and old food also employee in kitchen was vaping relentlessly, the other 2 by the window were vaping and clowning around. Management needs to get a hand of things at this location. Employee didn’t care made eye contact while smoking like it was a regular thing. Place is right by my house what a shame, this place needs to be shut down or needs an overhaul of the current employees. Used to patron frequently but it has fallen off a cliff won’t be coming here again!

I don’t normally post reviews for fast food but this experience was ridiculous enough to warrant it…ironically, the order was correct but the food was TERRIBLE. My chicken wrap was soggy, the fries tasted like yesterdays batch just thrown in the fryer again, and my Dave’s double tasted like it came out of a microwave (cheese wasn’t even melted and center was cold). You’d think I could at least enjoy the drink? Nope. Flat and bitter (got a coke). Stay far away from this despicable franchise owners Wendy’s because you can tell they don’t care about business. I bet the only reason it survives is because it’s on corner road and hall, and there’s a Tim’s attached to it.
By the way, if you’ve discontinued a sauce or run out of potatoes (seems odd to run out of an item half your menu is made out of, in the middle of the day, but not surprised at this location) maybe put up a sign and stop advertising it?

This is what happens when you ask for fresh food, knowing exactly how long it takes for the item to cook having worked for the company. No, they were not busy and yes I recall being polite in asking. Bravo

It’s dirty! I got a combo meal with a sprite, sprite tastes so bad it’s undrinkable, the French fries were cold all the way cold. The burger was okay but I felt apprehensive about eating it as everything else was horrible. That was hard earned money I wasted going through that drive through and no of course I got no receipt! I’m truly disappointed!! The person at the window was polite but should be aware of the food quality….not a hot item in the bag. Pop machine definitely needs cleaning….does a health inspector ever visit this place???

I am so disappointed. I ordered a bacon cheese burger no cheese and the bun is cold and clearly there is cheese on my burger. The fries are old and cold. My lemonade has ice when I said no ice. The food was just no good. Couldn’t even eat my food.
