Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. I was the only customer 30 minutes after they opened. Was told it would a little bit because they had to cook sausage and egg. On top of that they didn’t have any coffee. Employee was nice but this is not where I’d stop for food on the go. Over ten minute wait.

Went to this Wendy’s on sunday February 22 was the only customer there. Placed my order and asked for a mint frosty. When i got the order home. I noticed the frosty was a chocolate swirl frosty. The two fries and chicken nuggets were cold and old. NOT FRESH!!!! The daves double hamburger patties were dry and cold. I threw everything out wasnt going back to have it replaced. NOT WORTH IT. Please train ataff to make everything fresh that was Dave Thomas promise. This Wendys has gone hill. I would suggest going to another Wendys in the area.

At this location the food is hot and fresh. I ordered chicken nuggets but they were out of stock. The manager didnt tell me that he replaced my nuggets with chicken strips which are more expensive but I was not charged for the price of the chicken strips I was charged chicken nugget price. The manager is kind and has a great attitude towards his customers. Visit this Wendys and you find out for yourself you will not be disappointed.

There were very few customers in the restaurant, but the employees were busy trying to help a customer get his order right. I ordered a simple meal, (#1 single combo) and paid with cash. I got my drink myself, and that’s when the real wait began. I got a few napkins and I waited. The drive thru kept rolling and other customers came in and ordered. After 22 minutes, (yes, I checked my receipt), a couple that came in 10 minutes after me received their food. I asked the employee “What happened to my lunch?”
She said she would get the manager. The manager soon came out and I said I have been waiting more than 20 minutes. She mumbled something about “jet lag.” I said “Just give me my money back. There are other restaurants in the area.”
She made exact change, so she has that going for her. I was extremely dissatisfied with their performance.

In the review I said there was no wait for a table, but the wait for food took forever!

I see im not the only one. Looks like new workers need to be brought in. Ive been quite a few times but havent visited since moving. To make a long story short. Lady almost forgot to give me my debit card back, had to loop around twice for corrections, cold fries, and food tossed around.

I asked for two biggie bags, the guy taking the order was just rushing me and I repeated at the window what the order was and said two biggie bags and still they messed it up. So I proceeded to go inside and the manager said he didn’t want to deal with this and said do you have a receipt and I didn’t get one, but then the manager instead of fixing the order says you want to pay for the nugget and fries, smh these fast food workers suck here. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

How are you people so incompetent? I had been craving a Dave’s double. I come here and order one. My first time to this store because the one on Schoener and 19 is terrible. I order the double, get home and it’s a chicken sandwich in the bag. Such a disappointment.

Ordered a baconator. Got one patty and a bun with absolutely nothing else. Just a bare burger. No cheese, no toppings, no fries and no drink. Called up there to ask what happened and the girl told me “your order isn’t our problem”. I mean… I kind of feel it’s their ONLY problem? Maybe that’s just me? I’ll take my money somewhere else.

Came here today , Sunday , for lunch and when I entered the restaurant it was empty .
I placed my dine in order with a very friendly , helpful employee and my food came out quickly .
The place was very clean .
I got the Chicken BLT Biggie Bag , it was a great deal and it was very tasty .
Overall a good lunch experience .
