Got a salad and they gave the wrong chicken and only a few pieces that were old and crusty. Pretty much just grabbed pieces left on the grill. Did not eat and threw away. Did not care or take any sort or pride in their job.

I normally love Wendy’s! However I went through the drive-thru yesterday 2/23/26. Right away the attendant on the speaker very impatient. After receiving my order (I always check my order before i leave the window. I found i had cold fries, when I asked for replacements, she really got an attitude and basically tossed the new fries at my wife who was driving. On the way home I found the chicken nuggets tuff and cool. Worst of all I had ordered a Frosty Carmel Crunch. And found only the top 1 to 2 inches has Carmel crunch, 3/4s of the drink had only ise cream (no Carmel crunch)! Alas we had gone to far to turn around

So the apps asks you how you want to pick up the food. I select drive thru but when I pull up I get told I have to come inside. Then the cashier has headphones in and can’t hear me as I’m speaking to him. And then I hear them talking shit about me and my order as I’m waiting.

So I never leave reviews, but I had to leave one. I ordered a plain cheeseburger and baked potato Saturday night and was the only car there. I waited at the door where they told me for 20 minutes just to realize they forgot about me. Got my food and not a single thing was right. Pulled back around and asked for it to be remade (very politely and calmly) dude took my food and came back to the window about 5 minutes later and told me to just cancel the order and closed the window in my face. Long story short, I waited an hour to basically be robbed. No food, no refund. Avoid this location at all costs.

Food. Depressed . Bad. I had 2 burgers and I fry. No cheese or mayo. Add bacon. One was right but the other one was old and had cheese and no bacon. I went back the manager gave me another burger with no bacon and a pound of mayo. I will never go there and I’m telling everyone I know not to go there as well.

Messed up my order was very polite inside. It’s whatever then my buddy goes thru drive thru n gets attitude because it’s kinda hard to hear through the speaker. She didn’t seem happy about having to repeat herself. Before we pull to the window he asks to make sure both meals are large. She answered yes. 60 seconds later we pull up to the window and she hands him a large coke and a medium one. This place was not busy! We were the only ones in line! Moral of the story don’t expect the food you order because not one thing was correct out of both orders.

They literally were fighting/discussing in front of me who was at the “front” while I waiting for someone to take my order ….(I had tried eating at this place about 2 years ago through drive thru and was told the kitchen was closed in a normal day around 3pm…)

I ordered through the Wendys app to pick up at this location. When I got there around 7:45ish AM, they claimed that they haven’t turned on the online orders machine and it’ll be opening up at 8 AM. I waited about 10 minutes for them to then tell me that it’s still hasn’t come up, but they asked what my order was as they were just going to make it anyway.i waited about 10 minutes, thinking I’m waiting on fresh chicken. My order was 2 Maple Bacon Chicken Croissants, a Breakfast Baconator, and a large seasoned potato wedge, only to be given the driest, most disgusting and completely wrong order that I’ve ever seen. When I went back around and told them my concerns, I was just given an “OK” and that’s it. No resolution no nothing.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered 2 meals and extra fry (at drive thru)… waited at the window for over 15 minutes for fries to come out cold. The sandwich buns burnt. AND the missing extra fry.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The light skin man with dreads that worked on September 4 during the evening shift and dinner rush, should be FIRED. I have never been talked to so rudely in my entire life. Literally yelled that they were out of almost everything through the ordering speaker and when I asked if I could add a dipping sauce before paying, since I know they usually charge for it, he cut me off and was extremely rude telling me I couldn’t add anything. My food, wrappers, and cups were sticky and dripping with food and frosty. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I truly hope this young man has a good talking to because I will never come back here! he kept looking out the window and cussing that he was angry that there were so many cars. Obviously he has no idea what his job role is and what it pertained to when he applied for the job.
Wendy’s, hire better people. I’m so disgusted.
