Worst Wendy’s in the area by far. There is a female employee who works the drive through, she takes one order at a time, waiting til there food is done in the drive thru before taking the next order to avoid doing her job. Management needs to address there staff and get it it working as a fast food restaurant is supposed to. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. Employee working evening of 8/4 for management reference.

Was here today.Horrible customer service. Ordered a baked potato the cashier (Delano) said they had none. When in fact there were multiple. Took 20 minutes for them to put in bag. My kids order took even longer. Kept trying to give us something else. Customer that came in after us ordered same exact things and they got their order before us. There were 4 separate customers that mobile ordered and came to pick up and they didn’t have there orders on computer. So they all left. Then there was 2 separate ladies that literally waited an hour for there orders. One ended up being late for a work meeting. This location is very dirty, rude and don’t seem to be able to read. They need to keep Vera on dining room register. The only positive thing about this location.

A Wendy’s just like any other in terms of food, but please note this is a Stealth Wendy’s, and by that I mean the workers hide, don’t answer the drive through box, and pretend to be closed far earlier than they actually close. If you try hard enough they will still take your order, but especially if it’s the winter time, they usually like turn all the parking lots lights off, presumably so it looks like they aren’t opened (or to save energy). The hours on Google are accurate, so put in that effort, get your half-accurate order, and be semi satisfied by your decision to go to Wendy’s for dinner.

The location, as of late, only has 2 people on shift, which means long wait times and poorly made food. Add to that the incorrect pricing on the outside menu, and you have a perfect reason to go to the McDonald’s right around the corner.

Parking lot was completely dark. The boards for ordering were dark. The young man at ensure was disheveled. The service window was filthy and appeared to be covered in dirt and grease. Food was overdone and cold. Very disappointing.

Spent my entire lunch inside ordering my food. Cashier took forever to take my order and it was WRONG food was not fresh. I liked this location before I’m not sure what’s happening there but it’s not like it use to be, the past few times I’ve went to this location I waited entirely too long and my order was not right. Not going to this location for awhile.
