On April 25, 2025, at approximately 6:30 PM, I placed a mobile order (#1250154114) for two Spicy Chicken Sandwiches. To my absolute horror, one of the sandwiches contained RAW CHICKEN—not just undercooked, but completely raw. I only discovered this halfway through eating it (see attached picture).
Years ago, I contracted salmonella from raw chicken, which hospitalized me. Without a saline IV, I would have succumbed to dehydration. Salmonella is no joke, and serving customers raw chicken is outright DANGEROUS.
After vomiting from the incident, I immediately contacted customer service to report the issue. Not only was I denied any form of compensation—NOT EVEN A REFUND FOR THE INEDIBLE ORDER—but I was told that someone from management would reach out. I was given incident number 05485868 yet have received ZERO
COMMUNICATION from the establishment. This blatant disregard for customer well-being is appalling, especially given that I was a loyal customer, visiting this location on a weekly basis.
I urge anyone reading this review to take note of other negative experiences and AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.

This location never has baked potatoes after 5 PM. The gentleman working the window December 23 was rude wouldn’t let me pay for extra sauce at the window. My husband had to park the car and go in for sauce even though we ordered nuggets and strips. Husband went in and paid and then we get home no nuggets in my bag. I call he tells me to come back tonight or another day Trash!!!!!!! We spend to much money here to go through this Merry Christmas!!!!

I went through the drive-thru to pick up my lunch. The young lady Serenity had a very bubbly personality and friendly. What a refreshing change. Usually at fast food restaurants, the employees are unfriendly and don’t say thank you or have a nice day. It was nice to see a young lady who is enjoying her job and customers. She is an asset to Wendy’s on Main Street in Clawson, Michigan.

Always trash, always lazy workers, I’m the only car in the drive thru, 4 sandwiches, 3 fries, ended up with 2 and 3 fries that were dumped in the bag and well waiting 20 minutes for the burgers the drive thru lady is smoking right next to my open window.

I came in today and they were extremely busy and short staffed. There was a new kid on the register named Quinton he was very polite and got my food fast. He had one of his employees Tabitha helping him out. (You could tell he was really nervous but he acted like a pro. Lol) this was a great experience going to this location and really seeing team work at its finest. Definitely will be coming back.

I will never again come to this place. Shameless ownership and staff that literally hates their customers. Ordered a Dave’s double last night and the beef patties were so old and dried out from sitting in a warmer they shrunk to the size of their regular stack patties and an actual cook put them on a burger to be served to a customer. I came at 7:30PM so it wasn’t me coming in 5 minutes before they closed.

This is the worst Wendy’s to exist. Just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes without my order even being taken. Had to leave without ordering because i get 30 minutes for lunch. This is a weekly occurrence. Screw this place. All they care about is their drive thru times. They dont care how long they leave you sitting there waiting. All of the employees have bad attitudes. Just go somewhere else.

We visited this Wendy’s tonight and were sufficiently underwhelmed. The service was lovely and the cashier was very nice, but they missed a modification on my sandwich and both of our fries were lukewarm. Pretty standard Wendy’s stuff tbh, so not a big deal.

Stopped at wendy’s for breakfast as I wanted to try their new muffin breakfast sandwiches (and compare it to the mcmuffin). What I wasn’t expecting is how good the home fries were. Great crisp on the outside, great seasoning…and much more filling than the hashbrowns at other places are. Going back to the breakfast sandwich: the egg, cheese and bacon were all very good on the sandwich, but the English muffin itself missed the mark. I think it would have been a lot better if it was properly toasted.
