Manager seems to be on some kind of high horse.. go there on a regular. Spend lots of money . but after last night’s service, I probably won’t give them my business. Ordered some Baconator fries and Junior Bacons like always normal order they know that order quite familiar with it in fact. get huffy and puffy every time I ask for my junior bacon sandwich to have grilled buns and last night they tried surviving me Baconator fries with one piece of uncooked bacon and then she was mad, and said that we had to pay for extra bacon then my husband told her it was uncooked , so then snatch the fries out of my husband’s hand and was very rude. She seems to have a problem every time we go there .. very unprofessional very rude . Makes you feel like guilty for having to fix our food .. Lots more to add but ill save that for when we call corporate

The managers are awful. The one with all the make up shut the window on me one night when I was in the middle of asking a question in the drive-through and tonight I asked a question about one of their new flavors of frosty and the other manager lady was rude, and both of them were laughing as I walked away and still laughing as I drove through the parking lot. Their staff is awesome, but they are horrible. The one taller/no makeup manager was on her phone and acted like it was a bother for her employee to ask her a question ,it appears that they have several complaints about these managers so I’m not sure how they’re still in the position they’re in.

Addicted to Wendy’s chili !!!
Edit: This once was my go to for chili at least once a week, but after the last visit, I just quit going all together.
Edit: Still love the chili
This is my issue:
The manager needs to be managed.
$5 for half a container of chili is just wrong.
Mentioned it only to get the same every time.
1 pk (2) crackers for a large chili
2 pk (4) crackers if you ask for extra
The price has went up. The serving amount has gone down.
If I felt like going to the store, I wouldn’t be ordering Drive-Thru, and if I didn’t have to stop for crackers and something to go with it to get full, I wouldn’t be eating cold chili. Just don’t don’t be stingy with the chili and throw some crackers in the bag for Pete’s sake!

I live in a town where you don’t go to Wendy’s unless you want to be disappointed. I look forward to when my kid has a swim meet in Crawfordsville because of THIS Wendy’s. It’s the very best. Fresh, hot fries. Super nice employees.

We like Wendy’s food but the service is terrible!!!
We had a coupon the cashier didn’t apply and then argued with us about its validity.
My husband asked a question about our menu item and she was rude. A manager stepped in to answer his question, my husband ordered 3 of the new chocolate swirl, the cashier said we don’t have chocolate swirl!! According to the picture he said what is that? The obvious choice between caramel strawberry and what look like chocolate! She said that’s brownie!!! She was DOWN RIGHT RUDE.No smiles whatsoever. HOWEVER
The food is hot and it tastes good,
The restaurant is always freezing, and the tables had not been wiped down.
Overall we like the food for a change from the other fast foods available so occasionally we will put up with some rudeness and the freezing restaurant to eat there.
Hope the owners read these!!!

They said their card reader was down so they could only take cash when I got to the window. They refused to take my hundred dollar bill.
I do not have any smaller bills as I normally use the card for everything and the hundred dollar bill is just something I’ve tucked away for emergencies.
I told them I come here three times a week. They have a choice. If I leave with my food, I will be happy if I leave without it I will never return.
The manager came to the window and said there was nothing he could do. I told him he had three options make my card work, take my cash, or give me the meal for free. I don’t care which one but the fourth option is let me leave and never return he said have a nice life.
So the Crawfordsville Wendy’s doesn’t care if you’re a loyal customer that comes in three times a week you mean nothing to them I suggest spending your money somewhere else anywhere else!

So whoever is working the drive thru right now, 1:28 pm on Saturday April 5th had a bad attitude and complained about having to alter the toppings on a burger. Now I’m no rocket scientist, but I figure taking care of something so simple really can’t be worth complaining to customers about. I hope the mangers at this location can work on their subordinates customer service skills, because honestly, it’s some of the worst treatment I’ve ever received from an establishment. Just to note, you shouldn’t be rude and complaining to paying customers with a very average and easy order. On top of this negative experience, she managed to get the single topping I requested, a tomato, wrong and I only received a piece of lettuce.
