Ordered about an hour ahead of time on the app to be ready by 12:55pm because It was on the way to the boys appointment. We don’t live this far north. Didn’t ring the order up until I got their at the line and got my order at 1:30. So make sure you order atleast 45 minutes ahead of time for pickup. Staff pretty much laughed it off. Will not be going here again.

To put this in perspective I sat in the parking lot to write this before even leaving the store.
If I could give zero stars I would first of all when your doors open for lobby at 9 maybe have it ready before hand proper planning you know. Than to wait for 6 minutes to even be greeted welcomed which never happened just a “ oh there’s a guy standing in the lobby”. As a General manager at any of my establishments we greet with warm welcoming no matter what time we came in we have our place of business ready to operate we don’t as managers look at a customer and ignore them completely as you have no vehicles in the drive through. No apologies for the time wasted or overall blatant disregard for the customer service is beyond me I really hope corporate gets a reins on this store there’s a reason it scores as it does

This Wendys consistently does not have chili. They even posted a sign on their door saying they don’t have chili. I obviously didn’t read all their stupid signs typed up and taped to the door. So then they acted like I’m a dummy for not reading the sign. Anyway, she said morning shift isn’t making the chili and mixing the concrete or something, that’s why they don’t have it. I’m calling corporate too.

Fries taste old and dry. Frosty was not mixed and cinnamon pull apart was not good at all. I just threw my sandwiches away.I’m not even worried about it at this point.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Wendy’s. I remember back in the day I was in love with their Taco salads. It was really good. I ate every bit of that salad too. The price of it when it’s kind of steep though. I got two salads and it cost me $21.

I think the young lady of the counter is a new employee since she was more friendly than the normal. The food was not the best. It wasn’t very hot and the bun on my cheeseburger had definitely seen better days. It was really dry. If I remember, didn’t Wendy’s have a slogan of hot and juicy for their burgers? Whatever happened to that? Definitely not the case here. I’m glad I had a pop to wash it down.

Employee’s were nice but food was nasty. Fries were cold. The cheeseburger tasted like it was sitting out for days. Also ordered side of liquid cheese and never got it. They need a new cook or better employees that know how to actually make food.

Worst Wendy’s I have ever seen in my life. waited 20 minutes. No food. Asked for my money back and waited another few minutes and called the store a second time and was asked to come in. I had to go in to get my money back. I’m calling the regional office now. This is a shame that people are this incompetent. Was never given food. They couldn’t pull it off in 20 + minutes.
