One employee was fried or something, a girl with pink hair took our order, took it incorrectly. He spoke clearly and loudly, we just wanted 2 frostys, one large, one medium, both vanilla. And a large fry. A very simple order. She came to the window, rolled her eyes, told us 6.89, took our money, then gave us a medium chocolate frosty and we never saw her again. A guy came to give our fries and we told him the mess up. He didn’t understand one large one medium vanilla frosty. He took the chocolate one and came back with a medium. No large even though we had told him. He then tells us she never even rang up our order. Then finally goes and gets our large vanilla frosty. I don’t know what I paid for, but she did take our money. I used to love this Wendy’s when I first moved here but now it’s a headache everytime. Food service is hard, but when you have one person in your parking lot who is in the drive thru, it is not that hard to get a simple three item order correct. I don’t even understand how it all happened. I don’t know if these are new staff members or not, but Wendy’s, you need new ones at night at this location. Never have I ever experienced this at any other food place.

I usually dinner here when I am doing laundry next door. The food is ok. I’ve had some things that didn’t sit well with me, and I’ve had some things i really liked. The drive-thru speaker is busted so I was asked to pull forward to the window. No big deal. I literally looked the employee in the eyes and clearly & audibly ordered one apple pecan salad, NO CHICKEN. What do I receive?? One salad WITH CHICKEN! The store is trashed! All our food was old and cold the burgers, the nuggets, the fries were the coldest part of the food and to salty to eat. The nuggets had a burnt taste and looked terrible definitely need to change the frier oil! Worst experience yet all I can say was the manager on duty was really polite taking my order. But they didn’t seem enough to care about our food so we did eat it. I will NEVER GIVE THE WABASH STORE MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!! 3RD st is where we usually go and never have one issue!!!

Two words: Food poisoning
I got the worst food poisoning that lasted for days because of their raw burger. It already took ten minutes for the food to come out and pulling up but the fact that the burger wasn’t done is crazy. The actual food wasn’t bad and before I even realized the burger wasn’t cooked, I had eaten half the sandwich. I looked down to pick up a tomato that was sliding off to see the whole burger was pink on the inside. Followed by FOOD POISONING FOR 3 DAYS. I was so sick and scared of what might happen to me. To make it worse it was the first restaurant I ate at and I’m new to this town. Never going back and honestly scared to even eat at any other fast food places here because the first one almost took me out. Please train your employees on how to properly cook. I will reach out to someone but I’m just now recovering enough to even write this review. The staff was nice and I didn’t mind waiting, buts it’s the fact I waited just to get undercooked food…..

The burgers aren’t the same since they changed from juicy burgers , way too dry now. Also all the other fast food changes open up at 6am or earlier for breakfast but not Wendy’s. They are missing out on the working class breakfast people

The food was good. It was served fast & it was warm. The last that took our order asked if we wanted dipping sauces we said yes & told her the kind we wanted. Unfortunately she did not give us any. Went to Wendy’s on walbash the new wendsday stuff came out was kinda disappointing got the frosty and the nuggets and fries
But what i didn’t get was the spoon and the dipping sauces was really disappointing
I see all the reviews of the wendsday bag (mine was regular bag )with the spoon and dipping sauce and the frosty and I got 1 out of the 4 the frosty i will say we got both the white and chocolate and had to say the chocolate was better still disappointing i didn’t the rest of the experience I paid for
