We were looking for a quick dinner in a small little town, Loogotee, Indiana and there it was — Wendy’s still open. Warm and friendly staff. Super courteous and got we ordered quickly. We ordered bacon, jalapeno burger and chicken avocado salad and it was great. It was closing time and yet we were not rushed. Great place and we will visit again and recommend to friends.

This is by far the worst fast food restaurant ever. They screw up every order i place and am always waiting long periods for my order. Just now i waited almost 30 minutes for an order i placed on the mobile app. Then after that wait they told me they ran out of baked potatoes and i would have to wait another hour to get one….even though i watched 3 go out to customers after my order. The food is already garbage, the service doesn’t have to be too.

Had so many bad experiences here there are to many to list. The drive-thru wait is so long. We always have food missing that we ordered. And today I got home to eat my food and my chili cheese fries were put into the bag upside down without the lid on and the chili is all over my seat.

This is the worst restaurant ever!!! Went through drive thru ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and fries the two people behind me got there food before me, 26 minutes later still didn’t get my food, got my money back and some very harsh words from the employees and manager. Called corporate, told my side of the story but of course nothing will be done. Don’t eat here, bad service, disrespectful employees and management. Not to mention the bugs.

Have ordered spicy chicken with cheese and mayonnaise only. 2 times now. They confirmed the order. Then they can’t even get the cheese on it. I’m tired of paying for it and not getting it. I didn’t think that it was so hard to do.

I have learned to never drive away without checking the bags to see if they gave me the entire order. Today there was two of the items left out. The person at the window seemed put out that I sat there until he came back and I told him about the missing items. He gave them to me and didn’t say anything, just displayed a big frown. My experience, Loogootee Wendys gets it wrong 90 percent of the time.

If I could give zero stars I would. They were supposed to open at 10 am but didn’t open the doors until nearly 11, then kept telling us they didn’t have anything that we were trying to order. I wish I knew how to contact their bosses. All the people in there look like they do meth, so it’s no surprise to me.

Took them 10 mins to take my order inside with 1 person ahead of me . Then took over 20 mins to get a 4 for 4 meal. If your in a hurry go have a sit down meal somewhere else it will be faster.

The service maybe slow but for a low matnaince store it is good I’d say that some people complain about it but the other day I was in there they had only 3 employee and that counts the management to and the still got my food out in a timely manner patience is a virtue

By far the dirtest Wendy’s I have ever been in. My child and I went to eat there as soon as it opened 10-21-15. There was food all over the carpet, the counter top where you get your lids and straws next the drink kiosk had at least a weeks worth of sticky pop mess, the ledges on the wall where the Wendy’s border paper was filthy, dirty spots all over the tile floor, and the tables and chairs were also a mess. The bathroom was a nasty mess also. Clearly the mangement doesn’t care about keeping things clean and kept up. This use to be one of the nicest Wendy’s to eat at when that nice man was managing. The employees had greasy hair and looked very unkept. Sadly we will not be going back, its just a matter of time before someone gets sick. Very Nasty and very dissappointed. Wake up franchise, monitor and only sell your brand, to those who take pride in managing functional and clean restaurants.
