Stopped by here in the evening. Waited ten minutes for food. Hamburger was fresh however, the fries were so old ! You wait ten minutes for food, pay over $10 for one meal and can’t even provide fresh food! Whoever owns this business better be paying attention to who they have working. Poor management!

Food was hot. People who ordered the same thing 5 minutes after me got their food before me. Others were upset by how long their food was taking, and employees indicated they didn’t care. Basically, their customers were all Karen’s if they had respectful concerns.

Stopped on our way through indiana and they were out of everything we were asking for. they didn’t even have chicken nuggets. like come on. then the guy working the drive through didn’t say a word just snatched the card from our hand and handed us the food. and after all the our order was wrong and luke warm at best. would not recommend. go to mcdonald’s across the street. and i don’t even like mcdonald’s.

It had to be the worst burger,fries I have gotten from a Wendy’s ( worst chicken nuggets at another Wendy’s) it was soo bad I shiver to think to stop at another one! It was a dry cool speck of meat, fries was cold n limp, Should had taken it back but we was on the road . I have put them on the no go list . Use to be the go to( 4 for 4 items)

Fries were cold, service was slow, drink machine was out of most of the sodas, ketchup tasted off. We had to get 3 small fries because they were out of medium and large boxes.

Terrible experience. I went to eat at 6 PM at a Saturday, but both of the doors were locked. It wasn’t supposed to close until 10 PM, and there were other customers inside, so I don’t know why I wasn’t allowed in. I went to go through the drive through instead, but no one was there to take my order. 0/10, would not recommend.

Well awesome workers like Max was very nice took order and it took awhile to get 1 large Carmel macchiato like 20 30 minutes no joke. I hate to see if it got busy pray for them.

Just get a frosty from time to time crazy busy in July due to Holiday World super nice people and friendly to truckers THANK YOU be nice to them probably under paid for as hard as all the people work here and the other places work very HARD I spent a lot of time in this area be patient and NICE still AWSOME

Management has really let these poor workers down; short, staffed, overwhelmed, filthy kitchen. The workers were moving as quickly as they could, but there was no management or supervision apparent. Chili smeared on counters, floor covered in ice, water, and smashed fries. Gross.

Worst service in my life. 57 minutes…Had to wait at drive thru menu for 15 minutes with only one car in front of me, then got asked to pull up so they could bring my order ( just sandwich and medium fry), waited 32 more minutes, watching full car fulls get served behind me ( they only got to families served in that time), I could not walk in because the door was locked for remodeling so I walked back to window, a manager inside just pointed his fingers together like get in line so I got in car backed up to window and asked where my food was, had no clue so I waited another 5 minutes for my sandwich then they forgot my fries so another 5 minutes for that. 57 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and medium fry. I will NEVER pull forward again after paying! People that had ordered online couldn’t even get their food either because the doors were locked and the line was wrapped around the building, serving one vehicle every 15 minutes. Being holiday worlds prime time for ppl coming through they sure lost a lot of business today, and I made sure to tell every person that came near the building while I was there. If I could give negative star rating I would.
