If there was a negative ten star I would choose that one. Ordered baconater fries and ghost pepper fries. Got them and they was hard as a rock cause they was old . They replaced them. With the same old batch of fries they made the first batch with. Would definitely recommend never stopping in cause they’re food is trash. Service is fast but they’re food sucks

I would call and share this experience privately; however, I don’t think it would do any good. It is obvious that the current management team of this Wendy’s does not care about their business. There is grease painted on every object in the seen kitchen, the floors were unkept for quite some time…as I was 1 of 2 customers and the other customer being family of the front associate the dining room floor where the condiments were was so messy I had to step into the mess to get what I needed, 2 of the drinks I ordered were out in the machine and no one seemed interested in working or serving quality food. It was disgusting might I add…it was old and cold. We will not be going back until that place changes.

We went through the drive thru and they were very impatient, cutting us off in the middle of our order, so we didn’t get to actually place our entire order. My grandson got his, but my hubby and I went elsewhere out of frustration.
