This was so disappointing. Ordered a 6 piece nugget and baconator fries. I got barely 4 nuggets and my fries look like crap. The lady also gave me the wrong change back trying to take $5. I’m pregnant and don’t go out much so I won’t be back.

No other customers present, no rush, so this wasn’t a mistake. Then they put the non-burnt bacon next to it to show me that it was intentional. I used to stop here with my kids on the way to every morning grabbing about 4 breakfast burritos , seems like the new culture of this location is a deep hatred for customers.

Stopped by this morning and got the quality and service that every customer should expect. So i will be updating my rating from 2 stars to 4. If i have the same great experience next time , i will update to 5 stars for consistency and will remove negative portion of review. They have some healthier breakfast options than the other fast food restaurants nearby so I really want to stick with Wendy’s.

went to this place 2 days in a row. I ordered the same thing both times, Dave’s triple bac. classic. first day I got a sloppy Baconator with hardly any bacon. 2nd day I got the classic but no bacon and there was a small cut in my coke causing slow leakage and a mess I will not return to this establishment again.

I literally went there for two orders of large fries. I get home and one is barely 3/4 full and the other one is barely half full. Normally I have good service at this particular wendy’s….. Madison Street Wendy’s come on do better.

They didn’t have my food ready at the drive through and then after 10 + mins of waiting in 10 degree temp with my 4 year old I went inside upset and they started a big argument and yelling match with me instead of just apologizing and giving me my food. They would not tell me who the manager was and would not give me a refund. Owner needs to take a look at their staff.

Wendy’s being one of my favorite restaurants, I get somewhat biased at their food. I think freshness at Wendy’s is second to none. South Madison Wendy’s is remodeled and has a nice atmosphere and comfortable seating. The staff here are courteous and friendly and my food was very quick and hot. Everything you would expect from a fast food restaurant, with the feeling of a little more than just a fast food restaurant. Great place to come with friends and family as well. Also I love the come machines that give you so many options and flavors! I would definitely recommend this Wendy’s highly.

They have a giant sign stating sausage and cheese mcmuffins 2/$3. Tried to order 2 and was told that they are not that price. Ok, why do you have the sign on your window? Wanted to order one anyways and the lady at the window called over the manager who was then rude and hateful as well. Ended up getting a single mcmuffin sandwich that had so much pepper on it that I couldn’t eat it. Horrible service and inedible food.
