Went around lunch time, drive thru, just 1 car in front of us. Almost no wait, literally a minute or less. Jamie, the lady we paid, was very pleasant. Food was hot and tasty, no complaints

I see why this location has a 2.6. I placed a mobile order, went thru drive thru and they say they don’t get the mobile orders. Acted like it’s been like that for awhile. The app says you got it. So, if you’ve had trouble getting mobile orders why have you done NOTHING about it. Ridiculous how little you care about the customer. Will never be back!

Older woman who was working at 9:55 pm was super rude. Said she came over the mic but we sat there for 5 minutes. Pulled up to the window to get help, and she argued with us. Then she said, what do you want. We said nothing now since you are rude. I hope this woman becomes kinder and realizes she doesn’t have to be rude to customers.

Raw chicken sandwich after 15 minute wait. I will not go back. One bite in the car and I spit it out and started gagging. Found a bathroom and stuck my fingers down my throat to make sure I had puked it all, I didn’t want food poisoning.

This Wendy’s is constantly understaffed and I assume poorly managed/owner operated. Anytime I’ve gone through the drive through they always want me to pull up even with no other customers waiting. Also the dinning room is usually closed…. Again understaffing…. I miss the 90s….
