I went to this Wendy’s for the first time tonight. Went through the drive through. The guy that took my order was making jokes the whole time. When I finally got up to the window he gave me my frostie and said to pull up to the door and wait because they were making it fresh. There was a car behind me so I pulled around to the other door and waited. After waiting 20 minutes for my food I went through the drive through again and the guy that took my order was hanging out outside. He came up to my window and said that I drove off without my food. I said no, I was waiting by the door. He said oh, well they probably threw away your food and will have to make it fresh. I said that’s fine. He never went inside so when I finally go back up to the window nobody knew what was going on. Nobody asked what my order actually was and just went based on their memory. I drove home tonight with my nuggets and sandwich, but no chilli that I ordered. I asked for ranch but unexpectedly got a cold ranch dressing packet instead of the cups. I don’t want to go back to this Wendy’s and likely won’t be returning to any Wendy’s anytime soon if this is the customer service they are training.

Dear Wendy’s Store #301 Management,
My name is Dwayne, and I am writing to express a concern regarding my recent experience at your Clarksville, IN location (#301).
I visited this Wendy’s using the drive-through and ordered chicken tenders. I was initially informed the order would take approximately 13 minutes. I remained in the drive-through for nearly 10 minutes before being asked to pull forward and wait near the front entrance. In total, I waited approximately 25 minutes without receiving my order.
After waiting for an extended period with no update, I went inside the restaurant to inquire about my food. The door was unlocked, and the employee who had taken my order briefly approached the counter and then walked away. Shortly after, a manager asked what I was looking for and whether I was a DoorDash driver. I explained that I was not DoorDash and that I had been waiting for my order for quite some time.
Unfortunately, I was told that my order could not be located, and I was asked to place a replacement order. I had already paid $13.35 and had not received any food, so I did not feel it was appropriate to be asked to spend additional money to correct the issue.
Overall, this experience reflected very poor customer service. While the dining area appeared somewhat clean, it did not meet the level of cleanliness I would expect. I am disappointed with how this situation was handled and hope it can be reviewed to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

I am honestly exhausted with this Wendy’s location. I have had multiple bad experiences here, and almost every time my order is wrong, incomplete, or poorly prepared. The staff is consistently rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive, and there is never a real solution when something goes wrong.

What makes this worse is that I am clearly not the only one dealing with this. If you have received incorrect orders, been treated poorly, or lost money here, you are not alone. At some point, this pattern needs to be taken seriously.

I encourage anyone who has had similar issues to speak up and report it so that a real solution can be forced. This store should be held accountable for the way it treats its customers.

The only problem i have and it’s with all the wendys in general. The drink machine its disgusting it makes me sick to the point where i wont get a drink at all other than that great service and food from this restaurant

This place likes to rip people off of what they order when using their drive thru. I ordered a Davis triple, large fries and coke. And I get a large coke a Dave’s double and a medium fries. They are not worth going to.

I purchased a $8 Junior bacon cheeseburger meal deal and found a dead bug on the lettuce. I have a photo but it’s not super clear. I will not be going back to this Wendy’s ever again

For the price of food when you want something quick but still tastes good and it doesn’t cost a fortune. This is the place. It was clean. Friendly service and the food was good too….we got full and the wallet wasn’t empty afterwards lol.
Spicy chicken jr sandwich, 4 piece spicy nugget, fries and a drink, for me.
Husband : the double bacon cheeseburger, fries, drink and frosty.

I stopped by Wendy’s for lunch and it was an alright experience. I got a Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo and the food was decent, but nothing really wowed me. The sandwich had good flavor but the lettuce was a little wilted and the fries weren’t as fresh as I’d hoped. The staff was polite, but the service was a bit slow even though it wasn’t very crowded. It’s a decent place for a quick meal, but I’ve had better visits in the past.

ALL fast food is disgusting. I dont understand how any of these restaurants stay in business or why people eat it by the bucket load. None of it tastes like it used to, they literally buy their inventory from the lowest bidder, McDonald’s had a coupon for a 26 cent hamburger… what kind of quality beef do you think would sell for that price? I saw roaches in the dining area of the Wendy’s across from Green Tree Mall. I will never eat or buy their products again!

So…I feel like the pictures tell the whole story. I would not recommend the wrap…the fries tasted better than they looked. We stood up front for a few before just ordering from the kiosk because everyone looked too busy to come to take our order. Would have been better and cheaper if I would have just made it myself at home…
