Stopped here for dinner and while the food was fairly decent the customer service and atmosphere was horrible. The employees thought it was appropriate to be yelling at each other and using cuss words. The dining area was dirty and supplies needed to refilled. All the employees were just standing around and not doing anything and believe me there was plenty that they could have been doing. Do better Wendy’s.

We waited a long time to get our food and once we got it it was cold, the nuggets were dried out, the bread to the burger was hard, and there was a hair in our fries. Not very fun 🙁

I wouldn’t come here unless you want cold food and trash service. Also don’t call the store with problems they’re going to tell you to call corporate and then corporate is going to have somebody call you and they’re going to ask why you didn’t call the store. I went on 8/7/25 and got a bacon double stack, a jr cheeseburger, 2 lemonades, a large fry, and a cheese fry. The bacon double stack had hard hockey puck shoe leather patties and no bacon. The jr had the same hockey puck shoe leather patty but they didn’t put anything on it but ketchup and cheese when we didn’t ask for that. I received a large fry carton half full, and freezing cold cheese fries. I was told on 8/7 I would be provided a refund immediately, and never got it. I was told on 8/12 someone would call me, I called today and finally someone from the Wabash Wendy’s called me. He said “we’re not in the business of giving money away. We either need a receipt or the food back.” The store should’ve alerted me then when I called the store who told me to call corporate. I also gave the receipt information to the first CSR on 8/7. I gave up and have since filed a dispute with my bank.

The only reason this a 1 star review is because of how nice the workers were! Usually when I go, the food is pleasing and well made but today must have been different! As soon as we walked in there was a worker half asleep on his phone in one of the booths! I brushed it off and ordered my food. Everyone was very nice and greeting. I ordered the burger and baconator fries, along with two others that ordered similar meal items! When we got our food it was made poorly and cold! The fries had little to no cheese and were unappetizing! After finding a hair in the cheese I thought this couldn’t get any worse! I then dug into my hopefully better burger! Stale! The bun was cold and as stale as a rock. Everyone else in my party had very similar experiences! The place was dirty and I was honestly disappointed and disgusted! I will never recommend people coming here again!

Today… Everything and everyone was darn near perfect!! This is the best hamburger I’ve had in a long time. I was spoken to, smiled at and the food wasn’t shoved at me in hopes I stop and grab in time. Kudos Wabash

Didn’t put Swiss on the breakfast baconator and bun was stale. The teenage girls that work here are also very snobby and entitled. Always starting fights, spreading misinformation and verbally abusing the guys that work hard. Unacceptable behavior.

This is the best Wendy’s in northern Indiana! Drive thru line was around the building and lobby was full. Even though it was busy the staff was kind and friendly. We were also in and out within 10 minutes plus the order was correct. Our family of 5 were all impressed.

The food was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We did have an issue with our food taking a long time to be made. We had a very large order and after contacting the manager the next day they made it right. Every business is going to make a mistake it’s how they handle it. That makes a difference.
