So I just went and got 2 taco salads chicken sandwich fries and a frosty. The only thing they got right was the frosty. My taco salad was poorly thrown together and looked like someone ate some of it, we got nuggets in replace of fries ans the gentlemen taking my order was half out of it it seemed.. then I try to call, and its a cell phone number with a voicemail box that isn’t set up. Extremely irritated. I just got thr dame salad a week ago at a different location way better service, and the salad was actually full like it was supposed to be. I cant believe i just paid $10 for this salad. Extremely unsatisfied.

I don’t understand what it is with this Wendy’s at night time but several times including just now I stopped to try and get food after work and they won’t serve me because they’re only taking DoorDash… What’s the difference between taking orders right there if you’re still going to be making food for DoorDash. This is the closest fast food place to my house I’m tired from working and now I have to try and find someplace else open and I hope that they don’t do the same thing because that seems to be the new trend with fast food joints now they claim they’re open late but apparently only open to door dash. Make it make sense management.

I went through the drive through yesterday for lunch. I ordered a triple Baconator plain, with no bun. To my surprise and dismay, there was no bacon. I would have thought that if I ordered a Baconator, I wanted bacon. Otherwise, I would probably have ordered a triple cheeseburger at a lower price. Imagine my disappointment. No bacon. I’m doing okay today though. It was hot and the lady was kind.

When you say people show up to show out that’s just this Wendy’s! this Wendy’s has never disappointed me. I just drove 6.2 mi for 18 minutes on fort Wayne construction traffic to get there because I knew the food would be worth it , by every means it was. I will always go to this one. Please don’t ever close this location. They are the best in town.

Employee asked if we wanted to wait for fresh Chicken nuggets or get a different kind that was already made…doubt they were fresh or even chicken but I received hot meat nuggets, a cold soggy meat sandwich and like 2 cold fries with my box of salt. BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE… NEVER AGAIN WENDYS!!

I’ve ordered DoorDash from this Wendy’s 4 times now and every single time they mess up the order. The first time they didn’t put my sandwiches or nuggets in the bag. The second time it was drinks and nuggets. Third time it was banconator fries and sandwiches. Just now this instance they didn’t put my sandwiches in them. No idea what is going on with this individual Wendy’s. I’m a manager myself at a Rallys and I would never let my crew or myself be this awful or slow with food service.

Lady at the voice box likes to make things difficult. Cool you dont have a 6 piece meal but you know what I ment. She didnt have to be rude about it. Also um aren’t you suppose to have hair net on and beard nets. God I would hate to find hair in my food.

first of all, we sat for at least an hour waiting for our food after ordering in the drive thru, were told to pull up right? we come in and ask for our food and they tell us they forgot about us and they’ll start making it. more people come to order and get their food, mind you it’s been another 20 minutes and we still don’t have our food. the manager comes out screaming at my partner because he’s upset that we’ve been waiting and ignored for 1 hr 20 mins, she continues and then threatens the police? at this point we just left without our money or food. please for the love of everything go to any other wendy’s in town, the manager here is clearly incompetent or prejudice? i have no idea how she got into her position but something seriously needs to be done about it.
