I had to return back the restaurant to get half of my order. The manager didn’t seem to concerned about inconvenience me and I told the manager there were no other customers and the employees didn’t seem to care if my order was correct or not. After the manager left without an apology a employee made some smart remarks to me.

Ordered on the app. Went to the Apple Glen location to pick up the order. Had to wait 15 minutes for the food to be ready. One of the items I ordered was a son of baconator. Got home and opened the burger and there wasn’t a single piece of bacon. And I specified under three toy in the kids meal, the toy was 3+

Maybe if the staff wasn’t busy talking about the manger and an employee having diarrhea and then another guy talking about the toilet bowl not having enough water to drown the the other employee, just maybe if they weren’t busy talking and actually doing there job my order would have been made correctly.

We have no idea how this place is, it was open, there were people in there, we waited and called for service but no one came! We wasted 10 minutes of our life’s for dead silence. I’ll be impressed if this location stays open with service like that. Zero stars

I ordered a jbc and they put ketchup on it when I didn’t ask for them to add ketchup and my bun was soggy and when I went back for a remake my sandwich had a hair in it and the bun was hard and stale. There’s pictures of my first and the remake they failed to make correctly. Clearly they are NOT wearing hair nets when preparing food.

Got our food in a decent timeframe. Food was good, employees were friendly enough. HOWEVER…the cashier and another employee were constantly arguing openly in front of the customers while taking orders. Very unprofessional.

I don’t know why I keep on coming back here even though you know you will get horrible customer service. In the past I had issues with my order being correct where they would forget items or condiments, but they seemed to have remedy that issue, however customer service is very lacking. For example, I ordered on the app and was excited to try the pretzel bun pub burger. Of course when I pulled in to the drive through lane, they made a sign saying they were out. I asked in the drive through lane what they are going to do about it, they said to pull up to the cashier window. When I got to the cashier window, she stated can we just give it to you on a regular bun. I said no since your paying for a premium price for the sandwich. I asked if I could get something equivalent such as a dave double. She asked her manager who seemed super annoyed and wouldn’t even address me. They then went somewhere in the restaurant to find a bun which they somehow did. I was a little concern where they “found” a bun out of nowhere, but it tasted okay. If it wasn’t for the promos and 4 for 4 deal, i think i would get my meals elsewhere!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We got there at 8:45 (they close at 12) and all the lights were off on the outside and one set of doors was locked and they made us walk around to the other set of doors. They were out of lettuce, chili, baked potatoes, sweet tea (which they said they ran out this morning and didn’t want to make more) and several other drinks in there coke freestyle. The dinning room was filthy with trash everywhere. Also we were eating with family with small kids and the workers were in the back cursing and dropping F bombs left and right. They could clearly be heard from the the dinning room. Our food took forever and the lady who took our order was very rude and disrespectful. I did not see any manager working and tried to ask for one but the workers were in the back talking and not paying attention. I definitely will be calling to talk to a manager tomorrow.

Fresh fries and fresh chocolate frosty! The service was great at this location. I ordered on the app and it was ready when I arrived (but also still fresh!) Great location and will definitely come back.

My cold-hard fries that was half full was disgusting I had to sit there for like 12 minutes thinking they were making fresh fries and they were not hot in the bag on my drive home that takes 3 minutes. I just don’t think $11 for a chicken sandwich and a fry that is cold and half full I’m not sure what the problem is at 7:30 at night.
