Overall, we had an exceptional experience. The young woman at the counter was very pleasant and personable. We received our order quickly and precisely. The tables and bathrooms were clean. My kids were really looking foward to trying the strawberry frosty. Unfortunately, they said they wernt available. The fries and nuggets seemed fresh. As did the burgers. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was an odd smell when walking up to the door. It may have been from one of the drains on the walkway. It wasn’t too terrible. However, it was almost enough to make us decide to choose another establishment. Nonetheless, we pushed through and ended up enjoying ourselves. Thank you!

The manager is absolutely horrible and is nasty to be around. She is convinced nothing is her fault and it’s always the consumers fault, there was a creepy, very much drugged man in the back. If there was a negative star option that would be too good for a “restaurant” this horrible.

Asked for a medium strawberry frosty and got 2 Jr’s. Asked for a vanilla cold brew for my woman and after we paid and received our food, they told us that they didn’t have the correct drink for the cold brew in stock so they gave us just a cold coffee and then proceeded to give us attitude for wanting something different. They’ll get your order wrong and charge you for food and drinks they don’t have. Recommend 0 stars but there isn’t a choice for that. Not coming back period. No wonder when we drive by there are never any customers at the kendallville Wendy’s.

poor management and the general manager knows there is poor management going on and does absolutely nothing to fix anything. she knows employees are quitting because of one particular manager and she would rather lose all of her employees then get rid of her. so that’s why it’s taking forever to get your food and receive bad quality food.

The honey butter chicken biscuit is worth going out of your way for for breakfast. So yummy! And far better than what I was served at McDonald’s when I went yesterday. A hard lukewarm sausage egg and cheese biscuit in a lukewarm hash brown which cost more than my breakfast at Wendy’s did the other day.
