I won’t be surprised when some of these stale burger joints go out of business if there was a decent competitor nearby. If Culver’s was next door, it would be over for a place like this. Look at the chicken they served me. Pathetic. Fries 1/2 full, too… just sad.

Ok. Well the atmosphere was very non energetic and boring. It took entire two full minutes of three people passing counter before anyone acknowledged us. When they did they nodded then walked away paused and grab a pencil and paper to take order. They had acted like they hadn’t seen a real person inside n years. Now that is the atmosphere. When it came to the order it was hot fast and correct. However won’t be back again. $20 for two sandwich’s and two seasoned potatoe wedges and a Cinnabon. The only thing worth talking about was a the Cinnabon. The fries were overcooked to the point they were chewy and hollow. The sandwich was even less appealing. A tiny piece of chicken which was indeed processed and not a real breast meat. For th price geez. Chewy and no real flavor. You could def taste the abundance of salt with a hint of maple and bacon. The croissant. Well that’s not a croissant. A glorified piece of hard bread that was dense and chewy as well. The last I checked the croissant was supposed to be light and airy with a hint of buttery taste. They fell short to deliver anything but garbage for good money. So save your money. You can most def cook better for cheaper and more edible at home. A very sadly wasted trip of time effort and money.

Manager on duty was very rude! We didnt know that they stopped selling the sweet n sour sauce(they didnt bother to say anything when we ordered it with our nuggets), manager had an attitude towards us the whole time slammed the drive thru window on us, my daughter had only 1 1/2 bites out of her JBC when she saw a HAIR in her sandwich. Out of all wendys I’ve been to this one has been the worst.

If slimy, soggy, half cooked french fries are your thing then this place is for you! I’ve had this experience several times now at this particular Wendy’s. It’s sad when your three year old who normally loves fries refuses to eat them and tells you “Daddy, fries yucky.” Coming from someone who has had three years of fast food experience, seems like the employees most likely overload the baskets with the fries, drop them, and forget them until the beeper goes off, not stirring them up so they can properly cook. Therefore you’re left with several fries that are mushy and raw.

I will never go to this Wendy’s again. The inside was disgusting, lobby, bathroom, counters, even doors. Most employees were on their phones and the manager was outside smoking a vape (I’m pretty sure with marijuana) and continued hitting it after she came inside and behind the counter my food took over 20 minutes and it was just thrown together horribly. I would have given a half star if it would have let me. This place has gone to crap!

One of the rudest most attitude having employee at this place all because I asked for 3 spoons an a missing straw and on top of that there cooking skills just plain outright suck. Hard stale chicken, junior bacon cheese burgers made with human hair strands in it. Just plain disgusting taste. Corporate needs to pay an undercover visit. Please choose some where else to dine even on an impulse buy.

Sucks because I love Wendy’s food but the Kendallville locations is always so horrible. Constantly missing food, and they only way to do anything about it is head back to the store. Long waits, every time I order I have to pull into a parking spot. I can’t remember a good experience.

I have loved this location for a while but lately they have been adding cheese and mayo to my sandwiches which can’t be eaten due to allergies. When they don’t make my order accurately I either go hungry and I’m out the money I spent or I have to go back to the store and get a new order made and return to work late. An accident is just that but when it’s several consecutive days its a problem. This issue needs to be addressed it is not fair to customers.
