Although the staff (most of them at least) are all pretty decent…. (bit of a bell curve situation), the food has slowly began to suck…
They have now started putting shredded lettuce on everything (used to be full leaf). This sucks when you want do to a low carb sandwich, or even if you want to eat a sandwich without a lap full of lettuce.
Any time you order a large chili, you get a regular chili in a large cup…
The chicken is often “rubbery?!?” not sure how… but it’s a thing…

I have been through drive thru 3 times in last month and never have you gotten my order right. Ordered Dave’s classic single combo, medium fry and Coke with NO cheese on burger only mustard and pickles. Simple but you can’t come through correctly. I won’t be back. Staff needs to LISTEN and be able to READ!!!!!!!!

The workers were nice and alert. My order was taken without issue. The price was what it was supposto be. My order came quickly and was correct. The facility was clean and well kept. The atmosphere seemed pleasant.

Ordered a double stack biggie bag deal. Guy at the window was ready with my food, with a suspicious grin on his face before I even finished paying. I then pulled up to him and said “man, that’s service.” He said “yeah.” Then laughed and turned around. I didn’t think anything of it. I drive home pull out my food. And I noticed my double stack is missing a few key ingredients. Specifically, burger patties. I drive back to the restaurant and ask to talk to the manager. I show her the burger with no patties and she asks the guy who handed me the food how that happened. He looks at her and says “Do you think I’d make a burger without patties?” She responds with “No.” Then looks at me. She then tells me “sorry, we’ve had people do this before. They take off the patties then ask for another burger.”

Normally I get the best food at this location, however this morning I didnt get anything. I work fast food also, so I understand it was my fault ordering on the app and trying to get breakfast at the last minute- wasn’t the best decision I’ve made, but we were told we couldn’t get anything I ordered- not even the coffee they sell ALL DAY. The manager made it her mission to make us feel stupid and to shoo us out of her drive thru because we didnt check in to get our breakfast by 10:30 am. Again, I understand that i was late- but the way she handled the situation- was awful. I hope she had a good day at work though, and handled other customers a little more gently than us.
