It seems like reviews of this specific location are mixed, but I had an excellent experience.
I stopped in to study and grab something quick to eat, ordered at the kiosks and within five minutes my food was ready. I was surprised by how modern and clean this location was, I usually stop at a Wendy’s closer to town but this was on my way – though I tend to go through the drive-thru more often and haven’t been inside another Wendy’s location in a while.
Not long after I sat down a member of the staff asked if everything was alright, I can’t remember another Wendy’s (or other fast food restaurant) where someone checked on me. Excellent service!
The atmosphere was comfortable yet trendy, it reminded me of a place I frequented in Reno, NV, which brought back old and good memories.

Most of the time just extremely slow. I asked for ranch at the window and the person working the window got a bad attitude, and said we don’t give out ranch. We always charge for it but this time it’ll be OK. In a very aggressive attitude way. It’s also funny that they will sit there and let their competitors be open for hours before they want to open and let their competitors get all the sales. Really seems like the manager here doesn’t really care about customer service nor improving her store sales to become better

My husband went through their drive through this morning.
He had to wait to order until the person ahead of him got their food (5-10 min)
Then the employee had trouble taking his order.
Then he had to park & wait another 10 minutes for his order.
When he got home, the honey buddy had gotten the BIGGEST downgrade. It’s just a puck of chicken with barely any honey “butter” on it. I guess they’re trying to save money, but that savings is costing them sales.
The potatoes were cold & hard.
The Cinnabon cup was fresh, but had NO frosting. Fortunately we’d bought snickerdoodle canoli dip from Aldi yesterday & that worked in its place, but it was NOT good without the frosting.

After about five visits here, the service is exceptionally slow consistently. If I go inside to the counter I’m standing and waiting far too long for someone to take my order. Drive-thru is the same thing. One or two cars at the window but you sit until they are gone before they’ll even let you order. Pull up to the window and pay then pull around to the front and sit and wait. You get some hot food mixed with some really old cold food. Consistently below average here.

i got a four piece spicy nuggets, they gave me regular. i wouldn’t have been this upset if my nuggets weren’t so dry and old that they basically crumbled in my hand. lady at the speaker was rude. overall i would rather eat trash from a dumpster fire then come back here lol.

Everyone seems like they’re enjoying their job and I always see smiles . Laughter doesn’t get in the way of my food not being fresh & hot and SERVICE always magnificent during lunch . The only actual cold thing I’ve ever received here ever was the frosty .

Asked if I’d like to use the app today. Explained it was down for me, person said it’s working now when I just said it wasn’t. I moved on, she took my order. When I paid, wasn’t given my receipt and had to ask for it. Girl gave attitude and rolled her eyes. She brought it back and I left, and noticed too late they forgot my frosty. Had to go all the way back through the drive through. Upon getting my “LARGE” frosty, wad very disappointed. The size is incredibly small for 4 dollars and no real ice cream. Very disappointed. Hand for comparison.

would put a zero star if i could. waited in line for 10 minutes at the window with no one else and got cold fires, watered down drink that i watched sit there for god knows how long, and a chicken sandwich that is hard to bite into and taste old. i would have been fine with the wait if the food wasnt so garbage.

My family and I have ordered from this location numerous times and they have never gotten an order correct. We are always missing multiple items from the order EVERY time we have come there. We order on the app mostly and go pick it up. There hasn’t been a single time we have everything we ordered.
