6 dollar biggie bag what a deal, it was hot, the chicken was thicker than the bun, you don’t see that at McDonald’s. The people were super nice, my host was Desiree. The bathroom was clean and labeled for families. The lobby was simple not complicated, I didn’t need to jump through hoops to get a good price on a meal. No one was like did you order on the Ap, I can’t tell you how much I hate Aps for ordering food, can’t you just give everyone a good price, obviously Wendy’s still has the core values we all want, 5 stars the store number on the door was 3625, I have over 2 million viewers on my reviews so look even if you need to drive a little further, this Wendy’s is worth the trip. I want to say one more thing Desiree the lady that took my order, she had a warm presence about her she made me feel like I instantly was valued as a customer. That doesn’t happen very often, you better keep her around. Well that’s it, I will be back and I hope you try them out!

Yikes. We’ve given this location 5-6 tries since they opened, and have since given up. Seems to be very mismanaged.
On top of being slow, having a broken order display (then giving you attitude when you ask to read the order back), and often getting orders wrong, we’ve had some unique experiences that will keep us from coming back.
One time my fiance and I ordered two different chicken items (wrap and a salad) and both ended up terribly sick shortly after. Ruined our weekend.
Another time, a few months after the chicken incident, we decided to give it another try. Drive-through line was long so we went inside. When trying to order at the kiosk half of the menu was removed (no baconator?) so we started to walk up to the counter. We stopped halfway when two ladies in the kitchen started screaming at each other (“I’ll just leave then!” “What is your problem?!” etc etc). We turned around and went to Taco Bell instead.
Don’t waste your time. If you do, make sure you check your order before you leave. In the 5 or so times we placed an order, I don’t think they ever got it right.

I visited this location in hopes of crispy chicken nuggets, despite my previous heart break when wendys got rid of the beloved Sweet and Sour sauce. Nonetheless i settled for sweet chili sauce. I received my nuggets, but what i bit into was not the crispy, fresh nuggets i had been looking forward too, but a mushy, raw nugget. Although they did offer a refund for the undercooked nuggets, i feel that this is an avoidable issue, and there should be no excuse for serving salmonella samples to patrons.

While sitting and eating my food here around 6:36 on august 26th 2025 i saw an employee in the lobby with a spatula playing with it like a fidget toy he walked towards the bathroom with it and had his hand down his pants and put the spatula down a few times on the tables while doing things like for example taking out the trash I don’t normally review but I really don’t wanna come back to this place again because I have no way of knowing if they used similarly dirty cookware before making my food and I just realized he didn’t wash his hands before going back to the grill

Went in at lunch time on 2/24, waited about 10-11 minutes at the counter no one would take my money. But they were fulfilling orders from the kiosk that came in behind me. I walked out.

DO NOT GO HERE! Over the past month I’ve gone here 3 times. Just a quick dinner after work. All 3 times I got a Dave’s Double with no tomato and lettuce. Every single time it has had both. Like? Is it that hard to read a screen? Or listen to an order? I would understand if you were absolutely slammed and you were rushing to get orders out. I was the only car in the drive thru!! You even read my order back to me! I don’t know how you fail as a fast food worker but the people here do.

Sorry girls but I was the first fish of 2025 and it was horrible both sandwiches was way to crunchy over cooked and omg so small so my lent fish season from all my usual places that’s not McDonald’s has come to an end this sandwich was bad not as bad as Arby’s on McKinley but close. No more fast food refund please

They charge 50 cents for a sauce. Doesn’t matter even if you’re making a general food purchase. For example, you can no longer get a sauce to dip your fries in. Very disappointing bc we come after school sometimes for that as a treat.

Probably one of the better Wendy’s locations around as far as food quality and customer service are concerned. I’ve never had an order messed up here, and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes for food. My only complaint is the entry way into the lot. The drive is very steep, so be very careful entering and exiting (especially exiting) or you will scrape the front of your car.

The staff was rude. I even heard them while on the drive though speakers talking about my order. She just threw the food at me and closed the window rudely. Is was a couple based order in which I ordered more with the coupon order. My drink had no straw and no condiments. They didn’t give me a chance to ask. The first time they messed my order but they were not rude. This time round they are very arrogant.
