The staff was absolute crap!!!!!! Made me wait at the order screen for 20 mins!!!!! Mean while cars pulling up and adding up and what are they doing ??????? Chatting with a friend at the window not servicing a customer just chatting ….not working at all…. When my partner said we’ve been waiting 20 mins whoever the manager was told me to leave and move on!!!! She was rude as hell about it and the car before us waited even longer before leaving due to no service !!!!!! Whoever the manager was today at December 14th between the hours of 1:00 -1:30pm needs to put down a couple pegs and needs to grow up!!!! This isn’t my first experience with this store and I barely go out to eat. However the staff that remains here are toxic , rude, and definitely under qualified to do some tasks that they are paid to do. I will never ever come back here and recommend those who actually care about how their food is being made and cared for ontop of how they get treated in the process….DO NOT COME HERE! Thanks

Run down and dirty. Tables and floors not kept clean. Drink and napkin area not clean. Only 4 napkins left. Both bathrooms stinky and dirty. Soap dispenser broken. Son said there was a mouse in the men’s r restroom. Service was friendly but kinda slow for fast-food. We won’t be back to possibly any Wendy’s after this. The quality keeps getting worse.

The cashier was super sweet, but our food was cold. The self-service Coke machine was out of around 20 flavors. The machine itself was the type with a touch screen and was FILTHY! It looked like someone vomited in the area at the back of where the soda dispenses. Just what you want to put your hands all over before you touch your hamburger!

Food came out quick and hot. The employees were nice. The only problem is that I was excited for the sauceed ghost pepper nuggets. All I got was a 4 piece dry nugget and sauce on the side. No sauce was “dripping” like the advertisement.

First off I love Wendy’s… but unfortunately this was a disappointing experience. Very dirty restaurant. Employees all on phones and were very rude. After a poor interaction with a girl that was clearly on her headphones. Some employees not in uniform. We took several pictures and a video. We requested to speak to the manager but we’re refused twice. We then got cussed at and yelled at by multiple employees. We then asked for refund and left and went to Chick fil a, lol.

The meal was good. My mom used the app and the cashier scanned it and when it came out the discount wasn’t given. We didn’t notice until we got back to the table. The manager fixed it right away and also coached the cashier. Would give five if the coupon thing went smoothly. The bathrooms were also clean.

Extremely well run fast food place have never had a problem with my order! Placed an order at 11:30 pm on 6/2/25 and the man working there was awesome. Also to the Wendy’s all the employees of your night/last shift absolutely kills it everytime I order there with freshness, speed and hospitality. I’d give 6/5 just for the night crew alone

I ordered the baked potato. I’ve ordered it two other nights as well and I couldn’t get one today. I could get one. It was dried up. It had green onions on it. I ordered it with three pieces of bacon as well. I got no butter no anything to put on it. All I got was a dried up potato with green onions I won’t be coming back.
