OH MY GOD! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF SERVING FOOD LIKE THIS TO PATRONS! Every couple months for the last year I try this place to see if they’ve improved and I hate to say it but this was as they say, “THE LAST STRAW!” First the drive thru experience is a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!! The first window where payment is taken takes FOREVER! The cashier will stand there in a DAZE while you wait for your change or your card to be returned! The second window is the total OPPOSITE! They’ll rush to give you your order and rush you out of there before you can check to see if order is correct! Which 85% off the time it isn’t! If you ask did they make you order as you requested they’ll look dumbfounded and say yes without looking! And they NEVER make sure you have napkins or condiments! When you ask they’ll say its in the bag! Thats NEVER TRUE! I ordered a Dave’s Double and it was double alright! DOUBLE MAYO, DOUBLE MUSTARD, DOUBLE KETCHUP, 1 piece of onion about 1/2 inch long, NO LETTUCE and a FLat, SOGGY, MUSHY piece about 1 inch long! You couldn’t even tell it was a tomato! Just soggy like cooked spinach only slightly red?? The burger was terrible as well! OVER COOKED AND TASTELESS!! Where are the Managers over these workers?? DEFINITELY DONE AFTER 1 SMALL BITE!! MY Dog just looked at it with an expression like, “OH KNOW THEY DIDN’T SELL YOU THIS!” Do yourself a FAVOR…KEEP ON TRUCKING!!

All I have to say is wow..My order was missing things . Gave me nuggets instead of tenders. Wanted to search my bag and gave me the run around as if I ate it that fast in drive threw..Had to drive back and get frys.
Then the cashier wanted to say y’all doing to much..No I spent 35 dollars and wanted my food then the manager wanted to charge me again for something I already paid for..
I will not be back ..I guess Wendy’s wants to close then since you don’t need business.
As I had got so much attitude why would I go back..Horrible..

Absolutely pathetic place of service. Over the last two months Ive given this Wendy’s three orders. Not a single one was right, items missing or incorrect. Fights over appropriate amount of sauces (they like to stiff you. Pay for 10? You’ll get 5.), and a lot of times it’s an argument to get stuff corrected.
My last straw was tonight, when my Frostys were just completely missing from the order, and I had to go back and get my sauces fixed because they gave me the wrong sauces. Then I get home and the food is just cold, not lukewarm, just cold.
Management needs to be reviewed if they believe any of this is acceptable in customer service. Train your people to be accurate over fast, and to not assume the worst. And don’t tell a paying customer they’re wrong when you don’t give them what’s on the receipt.

Dine in lobby is very dirty, food all over the floors and seats, nothing has been wiped down like signs, walls or anything else. I heard they had roaches there and I could definitely see why. The food was made fresh and good but the inside of that place was pretty disgusting. Im mot talking shit im talking what I saw. They can do better in there. Dave the founder would be disappointed in this location.

Some of the absolute worst service I have ever gotten out of fast food. I’m all about giving our youth a chance in the working world, but it takes a certain level of competence to be able to do certain things. It doesn’t matter if I go in, go through the Drive-thru or order on DoorDash, the quality is just getting worse and worse. Wendy’s is one of my all-time favorite fast food establishments, but if staff is going to continue to be this way, there’s no point in me wasting my money

I bought 6 nuggets with honey mustard sauce and was told I’ll get the receipt at the next window. When I pulled up to the window, the 3 workers at the window were chatting away while I sat there. I had to say “hello” to get their attention. Then, one worker came to the window with her back slightly turned and handed me the bag. No receipt, no sauce, and no napkins! I guess I had interrupted a really interesting conversation. I said, excuse me may I have…, she looked at me as if I was wrong for asking for those missing items. She went and got them, at least so I thought. I pulled off and looked afterwards and saw that she gave me the wrong sauce and still no receipt. Smh (shaking my head) What ever happened to good service?

Every-time I go I’m missing an item. Today I’m missing nuggets. I’m convinced the biggie bag turn them into big backs. They let the customer pay and eat the customers food. SMH
