This location makes people pull forward from the drive thu window all the time. Even when not busy in order to falsify their drive thru wait times. Very aggravating. I get it if its busy but I shouldn’t have to pull forward when I’m the only car in the drive thru line. Its stupid and ridiculous. Oh yeah and the fries were cold too. Thanks a bunch

Just went to Wendy’s..not good. I ordered 2 chicken apple peacon chicken salads. First, they had my salads sitting on the counter for awhile until an employee finally gave them to me. There wasn’t even a lunch rush because we were there at 2:30 p.m.. as I was driving home I checked my order and they forgot the chicken on the salad which is a regular staple on it. I had to turn around and go back to get the chicken. The employee didn’t even compensate me for my trouble. Good job!! Not!

Everyone was great! Lovely manager, our cashier was very patient with my family and i. Restaurant was very clean even saw a lady cleaning used tables while we were there. The food was good, my fries were hot and my family really enjoyed their burgers! I got the saucy nug a (honey bbq) typically with the regular up-charge compared to the regular nuggets. Receiving saucy nugs from a different location they were up to expectations in wendy’s photo for them. I came here expecting the same thing and was unfortunately disappointed when i opened it up and saw little to not sauce. ) man with dark hair made them). They were basically regular nuggets just up priced and in a fancy container. Everything else was PHENOMENAL do not think twice about stopping by!! My advice would be to avoid that worker making your food.

This replaces my previous review. This location seems to have addressed their issues. I haven’t received wrong or incomplete orders for a while and the staff has been very polite and helpful.
*** Be careful about undercooked food here!! It’s hard to tell in the photo (my phone doesn’t adjust for color well), but the top patty is basically just defrosted, not at all cooked. Today is 7/24. Hopefully there’s no worries about that amount I did eat, but I’ll update if I encounter any unpleasant experiences as a result.

Came to Wendy’s and ordered food. I tried to use a coupon and after waiting for 5 minutes, I was told they could not accept it because each franchise is different. The coupon did not disclose any specific location so I did not see an issue. They did not offer any sort of accommodation. Very disappointing.

This location is genuinely heavenly compared to the one on the other side of town, it has great air conditioning, staff is all friendly and attentive, food comes out fresh and tastes great for the value, I can’t say enough good things about the location in general.
