Ordered 2 frostys. Both were purely foam. Not even just melted ice cream, it was like cold foam for coffee. And the “refund” was $1.99. for two frostys that cost over $4 each.

Order taker at drive up window admitted they were under staffed. Drive up microphone not working well, long line of cars. I saw 6 cars leave out of delays within 5 min. Order taker slow and not listening to my requested order just repeating her script slowing things down. She was doing her best and was equally frustrated. This all took place at about 3:00 in the afternoon. Only 1 car in the Burger King drive up line down the street with a lot of employees visible talking to each other.

We always praise how good Wendy’s breakfast is. Today at this Wendy’s we were very disappointed. Usually I get a number 7 and the sausage patty is big thick, but this was 1/3 the thickness, the egg was overcooked and rubbery, half the bacon was not even on the sandwich. My girlfriend’s sandwich was also disappointing.

My order was not taken correctly and I asked the manager if she can remake the order and I pay the difference. She rudely refused and stated she was understaffed and making other orders. I’ve worked in fast food and was always told to remake an order even if the customer doesn’t offer to pay the difference, but I did and this is unacceptable.

Horrible experience in every way. Waited 15+ minutes in the drive through to get cold food that didnt even come with the right size patties for what I ordered. Nobody seemed to be in any rush at all sitting and talking to their co-workers. Do not eat here.

I got breakfast here and asked for a sausage cheese on an English muffin and they gave me straight butter instead of cheese. I didn’t have enough time to swing back because of work but absolutely disgusting and made a huge mess in my car cus butter spewed everywhere

They were completely out of kids meal toys and my kid cried. They gave us a free partial frosty to make up for it. The only reason we went was to get her that kids meal. They could’ve told us when ordering that it was out or when we got the bag, but instead they said nothing and I had to go back and complain.

It took 30 minutes to go 2 spots in drive thru. Then had to sit for another 15 minutes at order station and nobody would take order. Not the 1st time (I mistakenly thought it might have been a one time thing). So I drove off. Very dirty as well.

Maple bacon chicken croissant sandwich was a hot mess. Chicken was hot but the bread was cold, the sauce was everywhere but on the sandwich. Very disappointing. My drink was completely covered with soda on the outside. An overall sloppy experience.
