When we walked in there was some girl looking at her phone at the counter didn’t acknowledge us. Finally some guy said “someone will be right with you” the girl took our order (don’t think she really wanted to do that) when we got our order the fries and nuggets were cold. I should have went up to see about getting hot fries and nuggets but I figured I’d be bothering them since they acted like they weren’t really interested in working. We were the only ones inside. We’ve gone there a number of times an had a nice experience. Maybe we shouldn’t go there around 7:30 pm on a Saturday because they may be tired and want to go home.

10pm on 7/24/23, pull up to pay and the girl was on a phone call, only thing she said to me was the total while she continued with her conversation on the phone. Pull up for my food, he hands me my food, I said “thank you” and no response from worker. 4pc nuggets should’ve been regular, 2 of them were spicy, asked for easy ice in my soda, gave me no ice, my bacon cheeseburger was cold. Customer service has gone down dramatically over the past couple of years.

If I could take away stars I would, I’m Muslim and I simply repeat over and over that I can not have bacon on anything and I order sandwiches that don’t have bacon on them and one after another they keep putting bacon. I went back to fix it and they did it again. Then on their third try they gave me the worst quality burger ive ever had, the cheese wasn’t even melted onto the patty and the Patties cold and bread was stiff. I don’t even write reviews but they genuinely are the worst Wendy’s I think I’ve ever seen and I live two blocks away I’ve seen this Wendy’s go downhill ran by highschool dropouts and middle aged people who like to argue

They were in such a hurry to close at 9:30 ( even though they close at 12….) they screwed up the order not just three times, but still ended up with the wrong burger, and never got the receipt that I asked for 3 times.

I came here on the evening of June 2nd, 2023 to pick up an order for a delivery service. There were only 2 cars in front of me and it was taking forever. Plus I could hear the employees cursing at each other all the way outside. I had no choice but to cancel the order and leave.

Worst Wendy’s ever! Drive thru doesn’t listen gives you whatever they want. Most of the time the sandwiches are old and nasty from sitting. Ordered 2 $4 bags both exactly the same and they were cheeseburgers got 1 cheeseburger and 1 ckn sandwich and they are both gross. Totally done with this Wendy’s!! I will spend my money some place else so the workers don’t have to work so hard!!!

Wendy’s isn’t exactly five star dining, but it was fine. They were getting slammed when I came through the drive thru and everyone was hustling. They got my order wrong but cheerfully fixed it. By the time I got where I was going it wasn’t fresh anymore, so I’m not going to comment on that.

0 stars!!! IF YOU WERE HAVING ISSUE WITH YOUR REWARD SYSTEM, SAY SO AT THE BOX. I WOULDN’T OF UNLOCKED MY REWARD, HAD I KNOWN IT WAS DOWN. Then the old lady has an attitude while I’m sitting there waiting, talking about “I quit” “I can’t do this anymore” all while telling me ain’t nothing she can do about my order. I used my free reward for some breakfast potatoes. It’s FREE, just comp it. I’m not getting my points back, and I’m not getting my reward. She wasn’t very helpful what so ever, and just continued babbling on, about how much she wants to quit. Like, your personal opinions on your job ain’t got S*** to do with me! I asked for the manager…and she said she was. Very unprofessional…I’m still out of the points I used to unlock my reward, and I still don’t have breakfast. Waste of my time. Do better!!!!
