I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food places, but this location truly deserves one. Every time I come here the service is consistently friendly and welcoming. The staff is always kind, patient, and genuinely seems to care about customers, which is rare these days.
The management also does an amazing job. They’re personable, attentive, and you can tell they run a happy team. I’ve been coming often enough that they actually remember my name, and that level of friendliness makes a quick stop feel a lot more personal.
It’s always clean, my orders are accurate, and the atmosphere is just positive overall. You can tell this location takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend stopping here!

I’m not sure what happened to the nuggets and why they’re bite-sized now. I got 8 nuggets that were not much bigger than the size of a quarter . I’m not going to support this establishment for half portions . That’s ridiculous. The 4 piece doesn’t even fill the box like it use to

Ordered 2 sandwiches one with no lettuce. It had lettuce. Ordered a 2nd to be a double made regular add bacon. Received none of the regular topping just bacon. Then ordered a chili with cheese onions and a hot chili sauce. You guessed it received just a chili no cheese no onions no hot sauce. I wish my wife would rather eat McDonald’s across the street.

Ordered lunch for my family today. Ranch Grilled Chicken Wrap or whatever that was I ordered was just thrown together. Mother’s Daves burger was pretty skimpy on the toppings. Look through the drive up window and see worker sitting up on the counter. Except for the girl working the drive thru window was was very nice. But everything else not a good look for business. Definitely wont be back

They saved our lives with the most fresh, hot, and delicious food cooked to order right before closing on 12/23. No one open late in this area so we’d be in bad shape without the dedicated, polite workers here. I’m so grateful I had to review since I saw so many bad reviews. Thank you for everything you do, even when it don’t feel worth it you’re seriously making a difference in this hard, cold world. I appreciate every single one of you!!! Kat Was the employee that greeted us and was the one that rang us up. When I say customer service skills on point, she was very welcoming and it just felt very Light and refreshing to see an employee with a smiling face and very welcoming. The food was good, hot and fresh. And unlike other Wendy’s that I’ve gone to this Wendy’s didn’t seem Dreary, thank you for the good breakfast experience Winfield Wendy’s good job guys!

Ordered burgers seem like they had really fast service at the drive thru, til I got home the burgers were mush from being under cooked. This is how people get really sick from fast food. Stay away til someone steps up who knows how to train employees and run a restaurant.

No consistency here. Most visits at this NEW Wendy’s have been bad. Cold food, what tastes like overcooked or re-cooked food. What happened to never frozen burgers that are cooked fresh. I stopped going to a different chain due to pre-cooked burgers that sat in a warming tray. Looks like I will have to do the same with this Wendy’s.

I don’t think there’s been a single time I’ve visited this Winfield location that the fries were served remotely warm. This recent time they were inedible. Paying $10 for chicken nuggets, cold fries and a drink is the world we live in apparently. Not planning on going back.

You have to drive all the way around the building to get to the drive-thru. The person taking the order doesn’t speak very loudly and I had to keep asking her to repeat what she said Tomato slices were paper thin and only one little pickle per Burger. They are also very chintzy with the hot sauce and the ranch.
