I order a family chili with cheese. They gave me no cheese so I ask for the cheese. I’m adding a picture of what cheese they gave for a family chili. They did give me my fries or nuggets had to go back. Then I get home and my baked potatoe is over cooked and hard as a rock.

I stop at this Wendy’s location from time to time while on my way to work at night. The staff are friendly too. I ordered two apple pecan salads and unfortunately they were out of pecans.
Oh well, I wanted them anyway. They could have put more chicken on them but they were good. I went to Joe’s Junction and picked up a bag of pecans because what is an apple pecan salad without the pecans, right? Modern problems equal modern solutions.
My only real complaint is the cold fries you’d get or the melted frosty that sits on the counter when there is a line in front of you. I’ve seen it. They made the person’s frosty that was behind me as I waited for my salad. It sat there melting for 4 minutes. I know they base themselves on speed but come on.
It happened to me and others but if it happens to you, don’t be a butt about it. If you don’t like the quality of the food or you are missing items, pull over and go inside. They’ll fix it for you. Remember, nobody is perfect. 🙂

I understand that online orders and the drive thru take precedent, but to have a line in your store that is 15 people deep waiting for 20 minutes shows poor leadership.
This review is not necessarily reflective of the only person working front of house, as they were tasked with handling mobile, electronic in-person, as well as delivery orders, but SOMEONE needs to be ready to keep another avenue of the business running.
Poorly managed, and I will not be going back.

Drive thru person gave was rude giving me attitude. I swear I thought she was about to have a fit like I get you work at a fast food place but that doesn’t give you the right to be rude to customers. The employees that work the drive-thru are the only reason I go, other than the food. They are always so nice! The baked potatoes are so soft and you wouldn’t expect that from a fast food restaurant.

Three stars because you obviously get what you pay for and that’s on me. But every time I go here they’re out of chocolate frosties. How does this happen so often that a random customer could have it happen 4 times in 2 weeks? Weird. But again, my fault because I kept going back, because damnit I wanted a CHOCOLATE frosty lmao still on the hunt.

This place is horrible at night. Went there last night ordered my food through the app. Get to the drive thru no answer, pull up to the window no answer, but guess what the workers are in there just looking through the window but never came to answer or give me my food. That was the worse service ever. Will not be back.
