We half-joke that when we order from Wendy’s we don’t get what we want. We get what Wendy’s wants us to have because I don’t think they’ve gotten an order right in 5 years. The dining room is always locked with no sign on the door stating that, but lobby hours are clearly posted on the door. The drive thru is always wrapped around the building. It takes 40+ minutes to get a couple of double cheeseburgers in there. If my kid wasn’t obsessed with frosties I’d never go back.

The 5 stars only goes for the employee Derek. He was the only One taking anybody’s orders and making the orders. I heard other people that I did not see them nor did I see them help him. He is an incredible worker and tried his hardest to do all of it by himself. Been here about 20 mins and just now seen the manager. But yet instead of helping she wants him to make drive thru food as well. poor leadership

In my opinion, the chili was fine and the Frosty was delicious but the baked potato lacked the sour cream mentioned in the product name. 3 stars in my book. I would have given 2 but the price was reasonable.
Service was pretty slow and prioritised drive thru and mobile order customers at the expense of regular cash register orders. I must admit the staff was friendly and helpful despite the aforementioned, lacking in speed.
There was an attempt to raise the quality of the atmosphere beyond that of typical fast food. There were plastic flowers on the table and children’s coloring pictures adorning the walls. Credit where credit is due. Most regrettably, the restrooms were not that clean.

So I am beyond disappointed in this establishment when ordering food from your establishment ask for no salt on fries and receive salt on my fries went back inside due to the tea tasting water down serviced myself with the fountain drinks also checked the sandwich meat. It was not fresh so ask them to remake it everyone seems nice however this is an ongoing issue in the east side. i’m starting to think that they are not training their staff properly on how long things are supposed to be left out during service hours like lunch or dinner runs. I worked for Wendy’s for a couple of years and I know that you’re not supposed to keep nuggets and stuff sitting out for too long if so, you must throw it out however, in this case, all of the food that I’ve taken a look at seems very dry. This has to be looked at by management or the owner. . Looks like they are getting other peoples orders wrong as well

It’s the little things that matter.
First off no napkins. No requested condiments. The sandwich was not fresh, not pleasant to eat.
The chili was okay but I could have enjoyed it better if I had the chili sauce and sour cream I requested. This store is becoming Consistently Inconsistent!

I arrived at this location just after 9pm on a Friday night, November 21, 2025. There was nobody in the lobby and the drive-thru was anything but busy.
I tried to order 3 jr. burgers with no mayo, as well as 6 other additional hamburgers. I was however talked down to just adding 4 additional hamburgers, versus 6, due to “they would take way too-long to make”.
However, before I was even able to pay the $36 for this meal, one of the cooks gave me the dirtiest looks ever, as if I had the nerve to order all this food. I felt so uneasy, I told the cashier to “cancel my order” and left to go order food elsewhere.
I do not think I will ever, ever, ever be going to this location again.
Within a 1-mile radius of the restaurant and address (at 16th Street and Shadeland Ave.), you can EASILY find a McDonald’s, a Jimmy John’s, a Firehouse Subs, a Taco Bell, a Culver’s, a Domino’s Pizza, a Papa John’s, a Starbucks, a Burger King, an Abby’s and a Kroger, which has some yummy hot food in the deli department. I would highly recommend you going elsewhere to eat, truly.

I’ve eaten here before and the service has never been great. I had to drop a review because there was no movement in the drive through for probably 5 minutes. When I got to the window, I was told it would be 7 minutes because they had to start the chicken fingers. What was going on during the time I was waiting. Thankfully, I was not in a rush. I would have left if I wasn’t starving.

If you go into order. They prioritize mobile orders only. You will be ignored till they have time to put in a 5 second order. Experience here is sub par. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for a 30 min lunch.
