“gotta be a customer to use the bathroom”… Yes maybe *if* you let me use the restroom *FIRST* I will them perhaps but something, but as it stands they will not treat you like a human so I will not give them my money. Hate to give a bad review but waited at the takeout ordering speaker with only one car ahead of me for a few minutes. After giving them the mobile order name was directed to the mobile order parking spot to wait. Then waited twenty minutes. They gave two orders after me their food with no one coming over and asking or explaining anything. Had to go inside and ask for my food and wait even longer for them to make it without any explanation. I do not mind waiting for an order to be made right and fresh but the lack of caring at all and being treated rudely made me post this review. No clue how this place survives during any kind of rush.

Great food at a great location.
When I got here, they were not busy and I ordered right away. I got the spicy chicken and the spicy nuggets and it was great. The nuggets and the chicken in the sandwich were extremely good. They were flavorful, crispy and spicy.

This is thee worse place to ever order from. Idc how long you wait they still manage to give you ice cold old tasting stale food. This is ridiculous. This will be my last time ever coming to this pathetic location.

This Wendy’s just doesn’t care anymore.
We ordered our food, it arrived, and we opened up a bag of, SURPRISE!, old burgers, missing chicken sandwiches and missing fries. Then we ordered a second; time the items they left out. Then they just canceled the order all together and shut the store down 30 minutes ahead of closing time. Said they “didn’t have the items we ordered.”
Wait They didn’t have cheeseburgers and fries???
Then we got issued a full refund and had to try a REAL Wendy’s at another location.
This location always seems to leave items out like they’re NOT PAYING ATTENTION or, they don’t care. I have also visited this location in person, via the drive-through. On some occasions, they may not have fries, on some occasions the Coke machine may not work at all and you’ll have to take water with your meal with no discount being offered. Time after time after time, this location is allowed to be missed managed and continuously provide bad service, bad food, and an overall bad experience.
When is corporate going to step in and fix this location? Because My God They really need the help!!
