Black dude with braids working the drive thru at 330pm on Jan 5th has an attitude problem. He’s rushing me thru the order talking over me before I have it out, then when I say I want two kids meals I thought he said start with the first to “make it easy on me” referring to himself. Then I order the first and he asks what else and when I go on about the second kids meal he gets an attitude with me. “What are you talkin about the second kids meal bro” and he keeps yammering. Then when I pull away I hear him go “whew” really loud on the intercom. I pull up for payment and ask if he’s ok and he won’t even make eye contact. Fries are cold and they didnt give my kids straws. Didn’t get a receipt. Will NOT be returning.

This is a solid Wendy’s. They’re usually really quick, the food is almost always good quality and the temperature it’s intended to be. There is the occasional mix-up, but it’s our go-to for a reason

Update: 4/04/23 afternoon. (I had to lower my score). LOUD middle-age lady took my order. She didn’t give me my receipt, just walked away. In the dining room – she was louder than the music. (They used to have good employees. What happened?) Also, last week they were out of lettuce for the sandwiches. /Previous review: Great experience. ❤ I love their chili! ❤ Food was perfect, good atmosphere, nice employees.

I went thru drive thru within the last hour for lunch. The service was quick in the drive thru but my sandwich was still pink and the fries and chicken nuggets were cold. The chili was the best part of my meal. It was hot and tasted great! I tried to call to make sure others werent getting pink hamburgers but it rang and rang but no one would answer my call.

This is by far the best Wendy’s in the area. The food was piping hot and fresh! The employee I interacted with was nice, and the wait wasn’t bad at all.

My husband ordered a large fry, he couldn’t eat over half of them because they were hard and old Now anyone who has worked in fast food, like myself, knows that when fries taste and look like those did knows they put them back into the fryer to be warmed up.
All the other food we ordered was good!
It wasn’t busy by no means. It was 9:45pm we went through the drive thru and live 2 minutes away. So it’s not like they got cold and hard from driving home!
