No chili at 11:30 was told it wouldn’t be ready till 1230. The person taking the order. It was very sarcastic. This is why I hate coming to Wendy’s, but I’ll still grab something quick. Probably won’t be back for a while.

Door dash delivery. I ordered 3 sausage biscuits, two with cheese added. We received one sausage biscuit and two with sausage removed and so then just became two cheese biscuits. I called and told them. Just said she was looking at the order and it said remove the sausage. I said I am looking at the order and it does not say that. She said talk to the door dash driver. I am sure the door dash guy opened the sealed bag, removed the two sausages and resealed it. Never order from here again. She was so rude!!

So this is the 2nd time my husband and I went to this location and both times, the workers cant seem to figure out their menu. There is a Cherry limeade that everyone needs to try btw and this location can not figure out for the life of them what that drink is. They say “ok cherry limeade, got it” then when we get to the window they are giving me some green concoction, AGAIN. After the last time wasnt correct we were like ok, maybe it was simply a mistake. This time it was right infront of our face, when we corrected it to the cashier, a young black man behind he started crashing out saying well you have to say its a fresher or something like that over the mic at the order menu. My husband and I have been to atleast 4 different locations, this is the ONLY location we have had this issue with. The tone from the young man was so unproffessional that the lady helping us (the cashier) apologized and stated she is new. We told her its completely fine. This is something that is on their menu guys. The whole time explaining it to the young man hes just having a melt down. If you cant control and maintain composure when someone is telling you something on their order is messed up, then you shouldn’t work in fast food. Please review yalls menus so you dont have anymore meltdowns. I would hate for someone to need therapy over a incorrect order. Mind you the remake STILL wasnt the right drink. They gave me something strawberry fizz or something. Bright pink, not dark red. Good job.

I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy’s. I ordered a burger with specific modifications due to a mustard allergy. While the staff member who took my order was friendly and accommodating, the issues began when I received my meal. The burger contained mustard—something I am allergic to.

After requesting a replacement, I spoke with a woman, possibly the manager, who appeared frustrated at the need to remake my order. Her attitude and the comments she made under her breath made me uncomfortable, but I continued to explain my allergy and simply asked for the correct meal. When I received the second burger, it still had mustard on it. The manager insisted there was no mustard on the burger.

I then requested a refund, only to be refused by the manager, who claimed it would negatively affect her numbers. This response, prioritizing business over customer health, was deeply troubling. It was clear that the manager’s focus was on her metrics, not ensuring the safety or well-being of customers. I expected better customer service and more professionalism, especially when it came to something as serious as a food allergy. I hope Wendy’s takes this matter seriously and addresses the behavior exhibited at this location to prevent other customers from experiencing similar issues.

I picked up 2 separate orders for 2 different people. First, the guy belched in the mic wrong we pulled up, then one drink was wrong. Then they combined the 2 orders. Then my nuggets were wrong from the first order, I received these dry regular nuggets instead of the spicy ones.The second order was short a whole 10 pc nugget and we didnt get the fries for 2 of the LITTLE “Biggie Bags” We never got any utensils for the baconator fries. This is beyond irritating.

I’m giving a 5-star review for improvement. We ate inside. The manager – Douglas – is trying hard to bring this up. He’s apparently working on the Franklin Wendy’s at the same time, so a tough task. They were short staffed, but the food was warm and done right. I don’t particularly care for the kiosk-only option, and one of the kiosks was down, but it’s at least a way to deal with the short staffing. Douglas came out after the rush was over and thanked everyone who had to wait a bit. One guy got his order misplaced, so Douglas made a new one and brought out cookies for his kids as compliments for the mistake. He owned the issue, and took quick action to resolve it.

It’s not perfect, but getting a lot better than it had been over the past year or two. I can’t deny myself a spicy chicken sandwich and their real lemonades, so I’ve been going anyway, but definitely happy that they’re taking steps to improve.

Ordered a spicy chicken, chicken did not look real. Ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger biggie meal. The bun is old and hard and stale and the food is cold. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Stale food. Old burger patties. Hard buns. $28 on trash. DO NOT EAT HERE if you’re traveling and it’s late. Crew members were nice, short female manager with glasses came across hatful. 2 stars because of polite crew, other than that 0 stars.

I wouldn’t even give this Wendy’s a 1 star. I went in and literally everyone there had a mean mug face. No smiles at all. They looked miserable. 1st time being at this location and I will never come back. They werent busy at all. Dining room was a mess. Trash over filled. About 6 people in the kitchen but the dining room looked like hell to me. My food was cold. My chicken was old. They werent taking cash because I heard the manager say why when we have kiosk that work and take credit. Every window and door had a sign as well. Just terrible. I wish I took a pic of the crew in the back. The GM NEVER SMILED NOR COMMUNICATED EITHER.

I kind of feel robbed. All I did was remove the lid. I love this chili and I get it almost weekly and never have I gotten such a disappointing serving. Also no crackers were in the bag. Are they on request only?? Otherwise, the drive thru was super fast!!
