I waited 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker for someone to answer. Then another 15 minutes waiting to receive my food. The French fries were cold and semi raw. Also had hair in them. The chicken nuggets were also undercooked. My dog didn’t even want them. Lastly the floor of the kitchen was littered with trash. Definitely will be contacting the Johnson county health department.

The line was quite short, but took a very long time. The worker who was taking orders was very friendly and helpful. The girl who ordered me my food thought didn’t say a word and dismissed me. She quickly took my card from my hand, closed the window, and then stepped out into the back and let the man at the front handle the payment. I acknowledge that it’s fast food, but it’s a job that prioritizes customer service. The fries were a little soggy, but I’ve never been to another Wendy’s so take that with a grain of salt.

Went to Wendy’s tonight, got a Dave’s single no tomato, chicken sandwich no tomato, a chi ken ranch wrap extra chicken. I was given a PLAIN Dave’s DOUBLE, and chicken sandwich WITH tomatoes, and a wrap that quite literally had 10 chunks of chicken. My total was $33.84, I think its absolutely ridiculous that almost $40 get absolutely NOTHING i asked for plus having to wait 10-15 mins at the window to even get our food. Called the staff at 7:28 2x with no answer, and voicemail full. I paid in cash and was not given a receipt so well see what happens ‍♀️ i know I wont be back.

The experience was exceptional. The cashier went above and beyond, showing remarkable kindness and assistance. He was especially attentive to my children, making sure they felt welcome. He even took the extra step of delivering our food to the table and thoughtfully waited to serve the ice cream until after our meal to prevent it from melting. The restaurant was also spotless and offered a very comfortable atmosphere.

This Wendy’s is the worst. The fries and chicken nuggets are NEVER fresh. Over the past couple of years that we have either come here or ordered delivery, it’s just been awful. Today was the final straw. We ordered DoorDash. They gave us spicy nuggets instead of regular (kids won’t eat), they completely forgot the chili. I asked for 3 orders of salt-free fries because I was hoping to finally get some fresh ones – NOPE! Super soggy and still had salt on them. We ordered a chicken BLT biggie bag and clicked the option to add pickles and onions – they ONLY put pickles and on onions on it (no bacon cheese lettuce tomato). I ordered a vanilla frosty, but surprise surprise they didn’t have that (this happens more often than not) and sent a chocolate. Not one item we ordered was correct. How can you mess up so badly?! I’ve tried coming here multiple times to give another chance, but I’ve had it. This place is not worth the time nor money.

How is this Wendy’s still open? The last few times we have been here it has taken 15 minutes AFTER ordering to receive food. No one is ever at the front to take orders. The employees that are visible stand around while one person does all the work. Sometimes there are no employees in the kitchen area at all.

I also don’t understand why the Wendy’s corporation would get rid of sweet’n’sour when it was the most used sauce

For the last 2 years I had boycotted this location due to poor service, poor management, and lack of food quality.

I decided today to give them a chance to regain my business… I was not disappointed.

Romair and his team were upbeat, kind, and gave great service! Food was fresh and well prepared.

As long as Romair is managing I will be a return customer.

Thanks so much for the great return Romair! You have earned my respect and return business.

Absolutely awful experience. We ordered just a couple of simple items and it took 10 minutes just for someone to take our order. The employee kept disappearing from the speaker and we had to keep asking if anyone was still there.

When we finally got to the window, they took our card, then made us wait another 5 minutes just to open the window and tell us they were behind and short-staffed and needed 5 more minutes for chicken strips. They asked us to pull forward. We explained we had toddlers and asked if we could at least get the rest of the food first because the kids were losing it. They handed us only 4 nuggets.

We pulled forward and waited 8 more minutes. My husband eventually got out of the car because no one was coming out, and then suddenly they appeared and handed us food. As we were leaving, we realized we were still missing items, but at that point we didn’t even want to go back because it was such a nightmare.

To make it worse, the fries tasted off, like they had been messed with. My husband even tasted them and spit them out. I’m pregnant and they made me sick, which is extremely concerning.not sure if they sprayed chemicals on them or tampered with them but will be turning this in.

This was beyond poor service — it felt disorganized, careless, and unsafe. We will not be returning and will be looking into contacting someone about this situation.

Staff did not bother to help or even greet us when we came in. After standing at the counter for 10 mins we asked if someone was going to take our orders. The guy behind the counter just flipped us off and went back to doing nothing. No one ever came to take our order. There was one other gentleman waiting at the counter as well but no other customers were in the building or in the drive through. We left and will never be returning to this location again.

Went to the drive-through ordered some food to take home to my son. Food was very cold. I mean cold like it had been sitting out for a while. They are very nonprofessional. They’re playing around with the ice cream machine the frosty machine yelling screaming you really need to get this place in check. They need to be shut down actually for the health needs to be called on I’m actually.
