We were at the laundromat 2 min away doing laundry because our washer is broke. I placed a mobile order 20min before close. They were out of a few things I had ordered. They let me cancel my mobile order and order different options they had available. I pulled forward and everything was made fresh for a minimal wait. Thank you so much for fresh hot food! We appreciate it.

Stale bun, cold old fries that were 1/2 full – which we easily combined into one and which I sacrificed eating any so my partner could, burgers not prepared correctly or with all of the ingredients – w/ the meat being dry and overcooked. Poor service and long wait times when they just needed to hand us the sauce they didn’t give us, which took several minutes while they walked past the window multiple times. Absolutely disappointed. Just save yourself the trouble and go to any other nearby Wendy’s, which have always been great. Pic of what was supposed to be a standard Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. They also conveniently didn’t give us a receipt.

I have come here twice in the past week and both times have been a let down. The first time was on a Friday night. After not having Wendy’s for years because of poor quality and service we decided to try them again. Ordered for pick up in the drive thru using the app. Get to the window and they tell me the chicken tenders aren’t available yet they were on the app. Tonight, tried again. Same thing, ordered pick up with the app. This time I get to the window and they tell me they are out of regular beef patties and that I’d have to sub for the junior size. So they expected me to pay for a regular burger with junior size meat? No thanks! Told them I wanted to cancel my order because they could not fulfill it. They tell me first that they can’t cancel the order. Then another guy claimed they could but it would take 7 days for me to get my money back. I told them to cancel and left. I probably should have gotten their names since I doubt they canceled it. Guess after all these years Wendy’s still sucks and I highly doubt I’ll give them another chance.

I have always loved Wendy’s. As I’ve gotten older I don’t eat there as much so it a special treat. However, I’m not sure I will again. The drive through wait was unbelievably long. When I got to the window they made several excuses. Just poor staff management in my opinion. And the cherry on top, it was the worst bacon cheeseburger I believe I have ever had. See photos. The bacon looked like it had just been pulled out of the package. I remember when it was crispy, but apparently not anymore. The sandwich was just a soggy mess. About as unappealing as a burger could be. I am so disappointed. I don’t think I’ll go back. It’s just not worth the chance. Farewell Wendy’s.

Let’s see in the past three weeks I have made a mobile order at maybe 11-1130 pm to get there, no one talking or in store, they were out front putting new letters on Big sign. Then this week go order at midnight, receive cold crusty fries, stale burger bun and big attitude. This Wendy’s is good from maybe 7am to 3 or 4 pm. After that you will get service like this. And I am appalled because I am always so nice but they need a new, caring staff or something.

I’m impressed people have pictures where they managed to get food. This place can’t seem to be bothered to let your order in the drive through without some kind of insane wait. Needless to say I’ve given up any hope of coming here again.

The drive thru people was rude and didn’t care about there customers they laughed at me and my wife plus my son and all three of us are disabled instead of them letting us order our food they cut us off and didn’t want to actually take rest of our order they laughed at my family instead of taking my order that’s we left and went to Burger King in Franklin IN they were super nice and didn’t laugh my family

Showed up ten minutes before breakfast was supposed to end and was told if I wanted breakfast go to Bob Evans. Horrible attitude from the employees. Tired of people being hostile and having bad attitudes. Unnecessary and if I was in charge and caught wind that was happening in my store everyone would be fired.
