I needed a restroom and I was skeptical when I pulled in and saw no cars and the parking lot was empty. however the bathroom was surprisingly clean and smelled nice. The partitions had even been recently cleaned with stainless steel cleaner. And get this!… the toilet paper dispenser was completely full ! But don’t use the handicap stall… the toilet barely flushes

Tried Wendy’s new 2 jr bacon cheeseburger value $8.00. Love it they rock!!!@ Chili add cheese, onions and 3 hot chili sauces Yum!YUM! The staff is always nice and it was hot and fresh.

Definitely not the same Wendy’s I grew up eating. Only thing I enjoyed eating was the chicken nuggets. Low quality food, even the kids complained. But overall if I’m craving some nuggets I will definitely be back.

We went there for a quick bite and were only 4th or 5th in line for the drive through. It took almost an hour to get through the drive and get our food. We weren’t given our drinks until given our food but the drinks were obviously made when we got to the window because by the time we got them the frosty was melted and the ice was half melted in the soft drinks. The chicken was good but for the time we waited we could’ve went to a sit down restaurant and gotten our food quicker.

I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:20 am thinking I would be able to order breakfast. I was wrong. The girl who answered the speaker stated they had turned over to lunch and come back through the drive thru at 10:30 am. Apparently, they do not serve anyone between 10:20-10:30 am. I was highly disappointed when I asked the girl when breakfast normally ended and she refused to answer. No more communication, I was ignored. Snow covered roads and I was picking up breakfast for my 80 year old dad who wanted to Wendy’s. I drove over and ordered from another restaurant who had much better customer service.

I ordered a double combo meal, specified plain with cheese, which constitutes a clear and unambiguous request. The sandwich I received, however, contained all standard toppings, directly contradicting the order. Additionally, the fries were served cold, suggesting a failure to meet even minimal quality-control standards.
Upon discovering these deficiencies, I contacted the restaurant in a good-faith effort to resolve the matter. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, the employees I spoke with were dismissive, rude, and ultimately refused to make the situation right. No remediation, replacement, or apology was offered.
In summary, this experience reflects a breakdown in order accuracy, food quality, and customer service. Based on these facts, I cannot recommend this location and would advise others to exercise caution when ordering.

Charlene and Charlette were the stars of the show! I’ve been to this Wendy’s many times. The customer service is lack luster. To my surprise someone came through the drive-thru speakers full of energy, excitement, and comedy to complete my order. Whatever you all do keep these beautiful twins at the forefront of business. Do better with food Wendy’s, and pay your employees better. Maybe have Charlene and Charlette train people at Wendy’s customer service, especially at the Avon location.

The fries and nuggets were cooked in old oil and more than likely double fried and still cold. Wendys had the best fries and nuggets and this location ruined them. We had a burger as well but it was cold as well. As for service it took minutes for me to get a response at the speaker and that’s after I had to say something. At the time there was no vehicle in front or behind me and the parking lot was nearly empty. The order taker had a bit of an attitude, no patience, and seemingly distracted. Overall just a bad experience.
