I understand the lobby is closed but as a I walk to drive thru.(truck driver)I would appreciate the manager saying we having a shift change. Instead she slams the drive thru door and another regular employee tells me shift change. So unnecessary and then another employee(red hair and beard) was nice and even suggested bringing order out to me. Manager sucks and fries were hard

If I could give this Wendy’s zero stars I would. If you are traveling through Brownsburg, IN trust me you want miss this location. It’s a young staff and so I always give the benefit of doubt. The young man taking my order really struggled and I kept telling him it was ok but instead of apologizing he just giggled through it which only made it more frustrating. Though out of his control, there was a lot of things that the location did not have so you couldn’t even order menu items because they didn’t have all the ingredients.. he was not knowledgeable about their 100 flavors machine – he didn’t even know they had the machine.. The one in the dining area was broken and when I asked if they had one behind the counter he replied no but after asking more realize they did and his response was oh I thought you meant do we have “100 variations of flavor.” While

The hours posted on Google say open at 6:30 am & confirmed by business. I can confirm that these hours are not accurate. I have tried on at least 3 occasions over the last few weeks to get breakfast between 7:15-7:30 only to find no lights on, no cars in the lot, and not an employee in sight. I understand staffing issues but it’s a little irritating the business confirmed hours & that’s not the case. Just don’t “confirm” hours that aren’t accurate & instead put open/closed whenever we get there/leave would be better.

Total Incompetence is served up here. Half the time this store CANNOT keep posted restaurant OPEN hours. I can’t count the times I pull up to the drive through during lunch and they post a paper sign on the speaker saying they are closed do to no employees. The guy or girl at the drive through is rude and down right miserable. The food is the worst just like the employees. Save us the grief and just close this train wreck of a restaurant permanently.

The worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had. I ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich and it didn’t have the onions rings on it and the bun was old. The fries were stale and not the ghost pepper fries I asked for. The lady at the window didn’t know anything on the menu. Cost me $15 for the crappiest food I’ve had in awhile.

Absolutely terrible service. Need new management, new franchise owner, something. My father and I have tried to go to Wendy’s in Brownsburg 3 separate times within a year, 3/3 times terrible service. Super slow service! Wrong orders, dried out food. fresh fries just because they messed up an online order and thought we ordered 6 fries!! I wonder how you guys are so incompetent to read a ticket… I’ve been to other Wendy’s and got excellent service. But Wendy’s in Brownsburg just lost a couple lifetime customers. I’d rather drive 30 minutes for proper service. Someone in the drive through even said we shouldn’t eat here because they messed up his order. I mean you see someone in some big super nice truck you’d think they would wanna take care of them and make good customer relations, instead they just wanna waste everyone’s time, absolutely will never return to Wendy’s in brownsburg.

Even after ordering, then repeating our order, then repeating it AGAIN, they got it wrong. The girl taking the order was rude. The biggest and fries were cold. If we weren’t traveling and in a hurry to get back on the road we would have gone elsewhere. Don’t go here if you can help it.
