Ordered a classic choke. sand which with fries and a large diet coke and French Fries. Drive thru was slow. Received OLD cold french fries that were not able to be eaten they were so bad not even a full serving in the container either. I was given a regular coke instead of a diet coke . I should have checked before leaving the window. I spent $10 and more than half my meal was nasty. The sand which was hot but nothing to rinse it down with I had to make another stop at speedway to get a diet coke. I won’t be back unless I am desperate! Do better people, do better geesh

Extremely disappointed with my visit to this location. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Wrap combo and a Big Bacon Classic combo, but the quality was unacceptable. The chicken in the wrap was so overcooked it was hard and completely inedible. Both the burger and the fries tasted stale, as if they had been sitting out all afternoon rather than being made fresh. For the price of two combos, I expected much better. Definitely won’t be back to this location anytime soon.

I’m not sure that this location is still in business. I had a Door Dash order just now and was told by the Dasher that they were “out of chocolate Frostys and chili”. So I tried calling the store and the phone number listed online is “invalid” I recommend that you go someplace else.

The food was pretty good. Ordered an Oreo Brownie Fusion and it was handed to us unmixed. I asked if it was supposed to be mixed and the lady at the windows said “Yeah, I usually do, I just didnt this time. I don’t know why” and then closed the window.

This Wendy’s has reopened and at the perfect time I might add since a lot of new construction in the area is creating a busier West Noblesville. The service was fast, friendly, and quick. I remember going to this location like in 2016, and they were not friendly and the service was slow. Glad things have changed.

So sick of this location. Everyday it’s a new issue. Either they don’t have the entire menu available. God forbid someone make cookies. Kids favorite thing is the sugar cookie and 9/10 times we come here they don’t have them. Then the 1/10 that they do they taste 5 days old. You order a double stack you get a single beef patty. You order a large you get a medium. Just expect your entire order to be hacked up while listening to the lady yell constantly and dude talk to much instead of doing his job.

Fries were cold. Left out the ranch dressing after being charged 3 dollars for three. The place was empty, so I feel like they should be able to fill an order. Would not recommend.

I have been to this place 3 times and all 3 times my order has been messed up. So tonight I checked and of course it was wrong. I just need to hamburger with only ketchup. They bring out my corrected hamburgers, I get home and they are still wrong!

I’m surprised this place is still operating in Westfield! This location is terrible. The staff is horrible, especially considering their attempts to improve. I came here to get food, and they barely gave me any fries. The guy with the face tattoo told me to pull up to the door, and he would bring my food out. Instead, he flagged me down to come to the door, and I had to get out of my car to meet him there to get my food. Being a disabled veteran this was very inconvenient for me. I’ve never had to exit my car at a drive-thru to receive my food from a worker at the door before especially at 11 p.m. CLOSE THIS LOCATION!

We dined at Wendy’s in Westfield today. The food was hot and tasty. The Biggie Bag was a good value today. The order was correct as ordered. We were first in line but by the time I was finished ordering, 4 people were behind us. Mark tried to be quick but no one opened up another register. Hence 4 stars. Plus, they were out of Coke!
