While we were standing there, the manager was on the phone having a personal conversation using profanity. The floor needed to be swept and mopped, and the solar station needed to be wiped down.

Awful! Never been to such a bad Wendy’s. First we waited for our food…then the baconator have 1 single strip of bacon! There were no ranch or straws for drinks in the bag. The fries tasted over cooked and almost tough. I don’t complain about fast food often but nowadays for the price of food… at least give me what I ordered

Used to love this location and the employees were awesome, however, tonight I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with cheese only and it was wrong so I called the store and the employer answered the phone and said oooh we haven’t made any chicken sandwiches in over two hours so I repeated everything that my nephew ordered and she was like ooh yeah…well, he didnt order ot with cheese only and I was like yeah he did he called me and I told him what I wanted so I heard him tell you. Again, she lied and said that he didnt. Im almost positive its work release people working in there now.

This location is TERRIBLE. They completely changed their menu for the biggie bags. My kids got very small portions of fries and to top it off their sandwiches were burnt. I tried calling the store SEVERAL times to report this while I still had the food and no answer. I even called another Wendy’s in the area to get them to have the GM to call me. I finally called back and got an answer and played the 21 questions game by asking did I still have the food etc… Of course, I didn’t but i have my receipt and I called within the same day of the transaction. Do better for your customers this is unacceptable. The GM refused a refund for me even though I called hours ago with no answer. I will be emailing the CEO as well to let them know how this location is running Wendy’s into the ground. Will NOT be back!

I went through the drive thru, ordered 2 baconators, large, with Dr pepper. $21 later and I get home and open these… seriously? Thats not even a son of the baconator on a good day. Jr. Bacon cheese, maybe. Certainly not 20 bucks worth of food. If Dave were still alive, what would he say? You guys can and should do better.

Long lines. Was given half a fry carton. Ordered a Medium fry. This is what we were given a half full carton. When we said something about being given the wrong size and it being half full, we were told that it was good and that half full is normal. This is a rip off and not normal. Do no go to this Wendy’s. We paid for a Mudium and were given a JR sized amount of fries.

This is one of the better Wendy’s I’ve visited. Justin has been stellar at providing excellent customer service and makes coming to this location enjoyable. I would hire him if I had a business. Very few people work with a smile and he is always kind as well. Not all Wendy’s has good employees. When you go to a restaurant or business you want someone to be professional and kind instead of having someone who hates being at work. For this reason, we enjoy coming to this location.

Food is always good. But the service is awful. With my order, I ordered a Frosty, and I didn’t get it. The guy in the drive up window wanted to argue with me that he hadn’t had a Frosty sale all day. Which we all know is a lie. Thank God I had the receipt in my hand to prove this guy was wrong. We have problems with this same guy every time we go there.

Second day in a row they messed up my order. Yesterday i ordered a salad and just wanted a different kind of dressing. The lady at the register didnt know how to do that, which is fine if she is new. The other lady seemed so bothered to have to show her. Then they coulndt find the right kind of salad because they weren’t labeled. Then they seemed to be so confused about giving me the dressing i wanted because “the packets were already pre made”. I finally sit down to eat and there is no chicken on the salad. Today i ordered a classic chicken sandwich with no mayo. I realize that modifications can throw a wrench in things sometimes, but these are simple requests. My sandwich just had nothing on it. I had gone through the drivethrough, so was half way to work when i realized it.
Yesterday, when i was inside, it just seemed like complete chaos. There was one other group in the lobby and maybe 3 cars in the drive through, but nobody seemed to know what was going on, and everything was taking forever.
