After sitting down to eat at this location, I’ve got to say one of their male cashiers really needs to listen to the customers’ orders better. Three different times, I told him I wanted a chocolate frosty, three. I wasn’t stuttering nor talking in a low volume and as there were only one other couple in there eating the volume of store couldn’t have altered his hearing. Once he finally got my order and my uncles order while waiting for our food he still proceeded to grab a small cup for the frostys and still gave me a strawberry frosty and acted surprised when i said that I asked for a chocolate.

The food was inedible. I basically paid $11 for a drink because I was never given a receipt, nor was I called back from management after leaving information with the 1-800 customer service team (also awful). I tried to call the store directly for 25 minutes, but a machine said that they were on another call and to call back later. Wendy’s used to be one of the best fast food franchises, but recent experiences make that a questionable statement.

I feel so cheated out of the $15 dollars I spent on an extremely dry grilled chicken sandwich & southwest avocado salad that was missing the avocado. You would think they’d let you know if they’re out of certain ingredients but instead they went ahead & charged me $9 for lettuce, cheese & tomato. They were also pretty rude. Wouldn’t recommend

My dad ordered a spicy chicken with no mayo or tomato, they gave him a spicy chicken with extra mayo and tomato. My sandwich was also wrong, but even worse it was cold. So cold the cheese hadn’t even melted and the bun felt like it came right out of the refrigerator. I got a small case of food poisoning from it too.

Okay not only is the food at Wendy’s good but I just wanted to say, theres someone that works there and they are the most pleasant person I’ve ever met and I think they’re incredible 🙂 I accidentally pulled away without my drinks and they had them ready for me at the window (not to mention, sized up), and they didn’t make me feel awkward at all, I think they deserve a raise

We went into the lobby to order. There were a bunch of high school kids working. One boy said loudly “I am NOT waiting on them. Our lobby is closed.” We literally walked right in the door where it was posted the lobby closed at 10. We showed up at 8:06. He was extremely rude. This was about 10 minutes ago. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

Pulled in at 10:58 pm on a Friday night. Both Wendy’s website and Google maps list them as open until midnight. Waited behind a high school kid ordering, then he pulled ahead. Sat there waiting for someone to take my order for five minutes. Then… They turned out the lights. What awful, awful service. This place needs to find new help.
